Really disappointed in her performance. Against Nihilister, in shooting range, and in hard mode she just isn't cutting it. Her burst 3 skill is also hot garbage to the point where Blanc is outdamaging it with her SMG during full burst. She's on par damage wise with Noir pure dps, but without any of the helpful buffs that Noir provides I managed to get her in 1 pull so no big loss, but I definitely suggest skipping and saving for Mast and Anchor dropping soon

Laplace is a constant beam that can pierce while Neon's basically just turns her MG into a slightly faster RL. I'm starting to suspect that it might be bugged since it's really difficult to hit more than two enemies even if they're all grouped together
