We won't ever again get such a perfect era as the Vita/NDS times of not only great third party titles, but also experimental ones that pushed the limits.

CH started to support the Switch relatively quickly, stuff was coming out by 2019. HDN VII came out on it in 2020.
But they were always late ports, with the only exceptions of Super Nep RPG, which was done by the canadian studio, or Mary Skelter, which was necessary after MS2 got censored on PS4 and it couldn't get released on west.
It wasn't until 2021 that they started porting to Switch a few months later and now that new games get ports day 1.
They released almost nothing new after 2020, in fact most of their output between 2021 and 2023 was Switch ports. I think they decided to support the Switch in 2019 but there wasn't much stuff already in development they could release simultaneously for a while.
I love how the switch was so slept-on by the industry that 2 years late genuinely is relatively quick.
The only Japanese developers who really were there from the start were Square Enix and Koei Tecmo.

I don't mean Million Arthur, but it was the dlc (or update) that only got released on PS4 in Japan.
It added a final boss battle for the Coliseum and a plan to make Kurome's outfit by gathering some materials from that battle.
Also, the boost for EXE drive that gives more XP, making it easier to level up to lvl 999.
That update was never available for PS4 on west nor PC, because the build for localization started earlier.
You can get Kurome's outfit by using Cheat Engine.
Tell him or find some other autist that knows how to work with DX9 to make a similar mod to Action Unleashed and MegaTag. I (and surely a lot of people) get tired of using that piece of shit GeDoSaTo every time, plus it's getting harder and harder to find and download because links end up being dead.
I can't wait for Switch 2 so that CH can brute-force decent performance on their shitty engine. I have DERQ and DERQ2 on Switch but they're unplayable in handheld mode due to how poorly they run.
