What would you want from a sequel? I would personally want it to take place in the balkans for that same desperate civil war feel. Bigger maps with more mission objectives would also be good

actually i'm pretty happy with the next game being set in the terminegger universe
I dislike laser and beam weapons. Bullets and shells are much cooler and better looking but that is my only real complaint about the setting. Hopefully maps remain the same or receive a bump in quality and size.
i agree, gunfire is generally more satisfying than pew pew lazors but i always liked the t2 future war beam weapons, they felt very kinetic and impactful. and the game seems to capture that from what i've seen so far.
Iirc the studio that made SW doesn't work on it anymore, from what i understand they laid the ground work, then SMO happened so Slytherine cut off ties with them and found some other studio to finish making that game.
I wont even pirate the game since i dont give a frick about terminator universe, also it looks almost the same as Syrian Warfare, game from 2017. Its kind of embarrassing
I think it was just rebranding. Saw that they still post about it
>I wont even pirate the game since i dont give a frick about terminator universe
but ofc you care about some russian propaganda slop about Syria
>why do you care about a real war and not the hollywood movie????
>real war
>russian propaganda slop
huh?
>Ive been following the conflict
How does this conflict connected to some russian bullshit marketed as a pretty mediocre "game"?
take your medications
>russian shill talks about medications
Did something blow today?
>but ofc you care about some russian propaganda slop about Syria
I do so what? Ive been following the conflict since its beginning, seen probably hundreds of hours of footage coming from that region of the world. I find it very interesting so of course i was excited when a game in region i was interested in was released.
Meanwhile terminator? I havent even seen one movie from the franchise.
I dont see your point, are you just some butthurt terminator fan angry that people dont give a frick about your franchise?
>What would you want from a sequel?
Multiplayer
>What would you want from a sequel?
Novorossiya Warfare - covering 2014-2016 conflict in you know where
Unironically it would be great
thiz
Image the whole game filled with
>WE DIDNT DO NUFFIN
>WE WERE KANGZ
>I would personally want it to take place in the balkans for that same desperate civil war feel
Balkan wars weren't civil.
>anon learns about words with multiple meanings
nonsense
Ive been playing Warfare their first game on the engine and found and abandonware Warfare Reloaded. They're all solid games. I'd like to see them make an SMO game, or they could do a syrian warfare sequel focusing on the idlib campaign.
assad literally did nothing wrong
the UN admitted the gas attacks were a hoax
isis was a mossad creation
the "moderate rebels" were a bunch of bottom of the barrel terrorist trash who otherwise didn't like isis
From a short look at the game it seems tempting to try, especially due to relatively low system requirements. Is it fun? On scale from casual handholding difficulty (0), to korean micro autism (10), where would you rate it's difficulty?
Gameplaywise it's a cheap copy of MoW with a shitload of russian propaganda on top.
>cheap copy of MoW
Its not like MoW at all you moron, what are you on about?
Its fun but its not easy, some missions will require you to replay them if you want to complete bonus objectives
Aside from that the environmental destruction in this game is great, you can customize your forces between missions etc
I would say it difficulty comes from placement of enemy and subsequent difficulty that comes form trying to assault those positions rather than micro autism. Missions are also good apart from one infantry only mission which I would say is bad. It also allows you to carry over surviving squads and manned vehicles
>On scale from casual handholding difficulty (0), to korean micro autism (10)
Probably a 7. There is a pause feature so that makes it not a micro click spam. It can be unforgiving, you can lose a vehicle or tank to a single rocket or guided missile, which means your soft units will just get obliterated without a tank or BMP to engage other heavy vehicles, I found the game to be nearly impossible without save scumming. I probably save abused more than any other game. There are certain losses you literally can’t recover from, it’s a waste to play 30 more mins of a mission when you know you’re fricked and will fail anyway.
The veteran system is really cool, and bringing along spare vehicle crews to man vehicles you forced the enemy to abandon from damage or fires and repair them is very neat and something very prevalent in the actual Syrian war. The DLC cranks up the challenge but you should be able to handle it if you got through the base game, lots of cool new units too. I actually am on the last mission in the dlc but never finished it, it’s just too stressful for me to even enjoy. One day I’ll dedicate a few hours to attempting it a few times.
I agree, very cool new units, very nice difficulty curve, buy this game! This game miles better than CoH, MoH or some other shitty cashgrabs, also you can literally breath fresh air because it has russian point of view about Syrian conflict!
alright alright we get it
>we
You and your friendo from chug?
brain damage
I am sorry for you.
>No multiplayer
I'll pass
Not hard due to micro, but because the missions are designed. Examples
>Damascus Suburbs
High densitry housing with a highway going through the middle of the map. Highly dangerous for vehicles due to every other building housing an RPG or ATGM squads, meaning you have to use cleared buildings as cover. Enemy also has some artillery which will decimate your infantry as they try to move up. In addition to this you have some difficult side objectives and enemy gets reinforcments with suicide bombers. In my opinion the hardest mission in the base game.
>Return to Palmyra first mission
You defend a pase with a militia, a MG pickup and a single special forces squad. Soon all hell breaks loose as IS begins to attack the town. You not only have to defend the base but also keep your SF squad alive and rescue a VIP with your overstreched forces. After this you get to command remenants of frendly units and have to clear and then defend the town.
If you get to them the DLC missions are a lot more difficult and are also influenced a bit by RNG events in my experience, such as AI units deserting or holding their ground.
>russian propaganda
>russian propaganda
>russian propaganda
must be jarring for westerners when it's them on the receiving end, huh
I found it quite refreshing not having to hear eternal frothing about democracy and freedom and easterners being depicted as some variation of terrorist, zealot, or criminal
or random Black folk and strong hijab-clad women being pushed for the sake of diversity
Same here, although the writing is laying it a bit too thick and obviously biased its a breath of fresh air. I wish we got more games like that. Seeing other points of view is fun and interesting.
I agree brothers, stupid westerners don't see the truth behind their media. Russian media and products like this tell the truth.
>biased
>russian point of view
more like moronic
>breath of fresh air
>trash level propaganda: we're good and they're EVILL WESTERN BAD
huh?
>our propaganda good
>their propaganda bad
>humans can only consume propaganda, there are no propaganda-free media
you're moronic
He's just russian.
>there are no propaganda-free media
Not in 21st century. You are incredibly naive if you believe otherwise.
most of the media you consoom is propaganda, you are just too dumb to realize it
I found a free-thinker here.
Is there some quota or something to sell this product?
I see for months how someone creates a thread and two morons "discussing" this game in robotic manner replying to others in passive-aggressive way.
I mean this product was clearly financed by russian government to push their agenda through a mediocre game.

da komrade we of need to sells wargaem for the war I mean special military operation effort
now go buy ruble before become rubble xaxa))
>he bought syrian warfare?
>excellent, deploy another T-90
Ah yes the "quota" to sell 5 years old game.
I dont know if you noticed but there is one profoundly mentally ill person itt that tries to shut down any discussion about the game because Russians hurt his feeling or something? Idk
>I dont know if you noticed but there is one profoundly mentally ill person itt
of course he noticed. he's the guy
100% organic!
>because Russians hurt his feeling
>if you don't like our product filled with propaganda it means you're russophobe
That's so tiresome.
Russian unironically take it personally when you call them out for lying because it's a standard part of their culture.
They lie to save face and make themselves look better, they know you know it's a lie however it's rude and confrontational to call them out on it, especially as a non-Russian.
It is a neat game and there is very little like it, especially the vehicle and crew mechanics. Only problem here is that there is an obvious false flagger butthurt for reasons only known to God.
You guys really play RU MoD paid propaganda?
>I'm not being brain-washed if I know it's glowie slop!
Yes, you are.
This is like asking someone if they really play CIA propaganda if they play CoD Warzone or some shit.
>if they really play CIA propaganda if they play CoD Warzone
You have to go back.
NTA but the connections between the CIA and nu!Modern Warfare are pretty cut and dry.
>You guys really play RU MoD paid propaganda?
Yes and? Im an adult, i can recognize that its propaganda while also having fun playing the game. Whats your problem?
>having fun playing the game
Is that what your cumrade ordered you to write here? That this product masked as a game is fun to play?
every game is a product you moron
>BLURP
>that would be 20 USD
>next product!
I remember when you could discuss this game without having some /k/ or /uhg/ reject getting violently angry. Good times.
You should probably go back to 2ch discussing "good times" with your cumrades chugger.
ISIS anon, stop seething about an innocent game on a mongolian basket-weaving forum, you were supposed to have received your activation orders to defend Israel some months ago.
>defend Israel
Why do russians spread antisemitism here meanwhile their slavelord forbade it in their cesspool?
>israel mentioned
>OY VEY ANTISEMITISMS
you frickers can't even do genocide right
Holy shit, bullseye. But damn, you are moronic. You can't defend Israel while stuck online,
>You can't defend Israel while stuck online
Is that what your /misc/ curator says?
>two morons "discussing" this game in robotic manner
That was correct after all. Do you work for russian troll-agency? Do they still pay 0.1 cent per post?
How curious. You oppose Russia yet you type like an ESL. Subhumans calling subhumans subhumans.
It's a game where you can kill thousands of salafists like it happened irl, what's not to like?
It actually ends.
And you know what IRGC says...
ما همه اهل سنت را نمی کشیم.
اما ارزش امتحان کردن را دارد!
Frick I miss /sg/....
those were the days...
I miss it too
Yeah, watching fartsad seethe was great time.
The syrian conflict and middle eastern geopolitics was my undergrad and my honours thesis. I miss /sg/ so much. /chug/ and /chip/ dont have anywhere near the same vibe.
