I know that it happens to the tv remote's battery cover because I autistically took it off and on over and over again as a kid. it has nothing to do with playing the gameboy normally.

Shut the frick up you moronic homosexual. You hold the damn thing in your hand. How are you breaking the back piece. The only thing that should even potentially break is the clip from changing batteries. Frick off back to your discord.

I have never broken or damaged my belongings but I have fractured my own bones multiple times against walls and furniture while doing childish tantrums. What does this say about me?

plastic tab that you use to open wears out from battery changing
mine is still there but it can easily open itself so i have a sticker acting as a hinge

The reason these things get broken is because kids will play with the plastic and fatigue it much quicker.

I had a green one and I never lost the back.
Occasionally I would swap with my sisters pink or my brothers yellow back cover but we never lost them.
I eventually got a rechargeable battery that replaced the need for a backing but I still kept it and never lost it.
Sold mine to a friend to buy more gba games later on though. ai think it was Shining Soul 2 or Circle of the moon.

There's no real point because everything has aluminum heatsinks that cover the entire inside of the console so you wouldn't be able to see anything.

I autistically fiddle with things like that so eventually the piece of plastic that holds it in there will break or something. I do the same thing to sharpies and pens where eventually I always break off the little plastic/metal clip
