Yeah, but tyrone probably has some kind of contract or something on isaac. Ed made The End is Nigh since then and is now working on Mewgenics, neither of which are published by Nicalis, so the split probably still happened.

The OG group that populated Repentance threads have splintered off into their own little cliques, moved onto other games, or away to take care actual responsibilities in their life. Isaac is a game that feels like it could be played forever but no one has the time to talk about it forever.

Afterbirth was shit, Repentance is fantastic and singlehandedly saved the entire game
Repentance is peak Rebirth and has a lot of fun content. Cons are that it's plagued by shit bosses, awful bloat items, malicioua room layouts and it's overall designed to waste your time. I'm a WotLgay and I enjoy it a lot, but I can't guarantee you will
