most players are bad and will give stupid suggestions. If you limit it to top players you run in the problem that the suggestion might make sense for top 0.5% but break balance for bottom. So in summary Player suggestions is dumpster diving for devs.
like i said maybe you have one good suggestion but you wont be the only one and devs need to dumpster dive to find that one good suggestion among "my character is too weak fix it!!!!" you say you want different sound but someone else will ree if we change it.
