Now that this is no longer a thing and the expected economy recovery never happen due to war in ukraine and now pissrael, they cant support such large workforce that also expects big raises because of insane inflation. Considering that IT is the most growing sector in pretty much all economies of 1st world countries and all 1st world countries depend of growing to be able to pay for their debts, this is a very clear sign of upcomming recession
