>Terapagos is supposed to be the reason terastallization and paradox pokmon exist

>Terapagos is supposed to be the reason terastallization and paradox pokémon exist
>both of which are things exclusive to Paldea
>Glimmora is also said to be somehow connected to Area Zero and the terastal crystals
>yet, in the DLC, which takes place on a completely different area, Ogerpon can terastallize and Glimmora exists in the wild

So what do you think is the explanation for this?

Did someone go into Area Zero years ago, found a Terapagos, and bought it to Kitakami?

Do you honestly believe they put anywhere near the amount of thought into the entire DLC as you just put into this one post?

The Pokemon itself and their habitat is actually well thought thing, yes.

Gamefreak has consistently put a lot of thought into Pokemon ecology, especially since Ohmori took over.

    >Ogerpon can terastallize
Yes, because it's mask HAS TeraCRYSTALS.

    >he doesn't know about the relationships between the iberian peninsula and Japan
The crystals in Ogerpon's mask obviously came from some paldean ship long ago

15th century trade between Spain and Tohoku specifically, there's a town in Seville full of descendants of Japanese and Spanish marriages from that time with "Japón" as a surname. It's literally the whole reason for Kitakami other than little kids not knowing how to play Legends Arceus and giving them a way to get Hisuian mons.

I assumed Japan relationship with the iberan peninsula was mostly with Portugal but I'm glad to see the south (where Florian lives) really has a common story with Japan and the region in which Kitakami is inspired.
I wonder if Blueberry Academy ties with Unova will make them mention previous generations of paldeans leaving their home region to get jobs in Unova like how spaniards went to the americas not so long ago

          No?
Why do people assume Blueberry has anything to do with Unova?
Because a European themed bridge mon exists?

Unova shares literally nothing in common with American history, there are no colonists, no settlers, nothing.

Khu has been heavely hinting at Blueberry academy being an Unova pandering fest, Drayton and his dragon who becomes an unovan bridge are a sample, Lacey and her pains with the same israeliteels as the one in Clay's hat is another (he even riddled about Lacey's aces and most options were Clay's pokemon).
There's also the fact you don't become an exchange student unless you are moving out somewhere far from your home country, and the paldean academies literally have spanish names (Naranja and Uva), while this new one has an english name, Blueberry (rather than Arándano, the spanish equivalent)

            >Why do people assume Blueberry has anything to do with Unova?
Because at least two members of the Blueberry Elite Four are related to Unova gym leaders.

No? Portugal had the biggest cultural impact in Japan back then, not Spain.

Glimmora is probably a paradox pokemon that’s been around so long it became it’s own thing instead of being considered a paradox mon. Like necrozma being an ultra beast that has been around so long in the pokemon world that normal pokeballs recognized it as a pokemon and not an ultra beast

Not to Game Freak. And you ignore the anime similarly kept the gimmicks all alongside each other. And Masters added a simmilar gimmick mechanic in sync stones/moves.
But they won't return in core games, except under limited circumstances (megas in XY remake, Z-Moves in SM and so on).

    It got out.
Aids is also connected to a single individiual yet it's everywhere. Why couldn't Glimora which doesn't require your dad to frick a monkey for it to spread?

    >>both of which are things exclusive to Paldea
It's always the case that the gimmick is exclusive to the region until it isn't.
It's why Professor Sycamore can say that there's only examples of Mega Evolution in Kalos, and then you have ORAS as the next game which is a prequel to XY and has mega evolution

I don't know how you've seen any info about the first dlc without noticing the tera crystals in ogrepon's mask. If you want to ponder why there's crystals in the mask, the whole dlc is literally a trip to the location from where tera crystals are from.

Same as the second dlc taking place in the "terrarium" which is led by a friend of clavell's.

Interesting that the two other places where the tera type shit works is directly connected to paldea!
