Most of these pros were winning tournaments at 12 years old. Do you think a 12 year old cares about studying game theory? No of fricking course not they just were able to get good without external resources, they had innate talent.

If you're 27, you shouldn't "feel your age catching up with you." It's probably because you put a bunch of garbage in your system and don't do shit. That's not age, it's your health failing in general. I'm not saying you need to go full on vegan and start lifting. You just have to get up sometimes and not order taco bell from grubhub 4 times a week. Do the mare minumum and you wont "feel your age catching up to you" until your mid 40s and even then you shouldt be slowing sown until your mid 50s. Anything before that is just poor choices and you've nothing to blame but yourself. Stupid frogposter.
Your brain is the last part of your body to fully develop and that happens at age 23, after that the body is on maintenance mode and you only go downhill
