one of the best games ever.
I played it back when it first came out and I remember enjoying it somewhat but frick the thunder plains. I'd consider giving it another try while its on sale and getting 10-2 with it as well, but FRICK the thunder plains.
Does it still hold up after all these years? I've sort of out grown the slow pace of JRPGs with all its cutscenes and dialog and the grindy random encounters.

i never did it on console but when I bought the collection on steam I used cheat engine, then dodged one strike and got the reward.

I will never understand why people like 10 its complete trash and the beginning of the end for FF its basically a low effort linear interactive movie. There are like 4 cities and they are all 1 screen in size and have like 5 locations in each. The game is a hallway simulator that ruins the FF feel and also the scale of the game is insignificant compared to previous FFs
