Gunplay is bad
Everything is just wall hugging
Great visuals
World outside of events mostly feels empty sadly, walking around sheets only to find a few enemies, murder, repeat
yeah, if they work on the world a little bit more, with dunno exploration and some civilians it would be a great game. I hope they go back to New York though, otherwise we will get yet another california shithole
>Gunplay is bad
It's fine >Everything is just wall hugging
Yeah, you're supposed to take cover. You're going to get melted running out in the open if you play the game like it's Doom.
Only the left applies. Div2 got turned into season slop. They pozzed it so bad your character got stuck in an infinite loop during the one of the final seasons and didn't bother to fix it for months.
The atmosphere was completely gone. In NYC you still had civilians walking the streets who could get caught in the crossfire. DC was a goddamn ghost town.

I wouldn't mind a dvision game set in the deep south or Appalachia tbh Division 2 was just kind of boring
>DC was a goddamn ghost town
There are death squads patrolling everywhere in the streets. You can't even AFK for a few minutes in the streets without getting gunned down.
You had civilians with.... wife beaters on, shooting their pistols sideways, fighting to defend the city against the different enemy factions, acting like they are the resistance.
It put me off helping them.
Honestly? Play Div1 to get the full experience. If you must play Div2, the expansion really isn't an improvement over the base game. It's just... more.
The Division games are the only good shooter looter. Honestly anyone who shits on it are the real fricking shitters.
>good and consistent story >No reddit teir writing >grind is actually good and fun unlike warframe >great build diversity
Only real problem is the PvP cause for some reason they decided to make it "realistic" instead of just embracing that it's a shooter looter like they did with PvE.
ubisoft player is cancer and I refuse to play a game that has this second bullshit launcher drm. So ubi and EA are essentially on my never ever play again list.
AC games look fun, but I just wont play them if it comes with that awful shit launcher. Steam is already drm, this other launcher shit is just suits causing more cancer.
Division 1 good for comfykino if i just wanted to play by myself? am i missing out on anything playing solo? is there cute girls, cool guns, and a nice place to shoot?
Yeah that's how I played it, provides an extra sense of dystopian chill, until you get into a safe zone that loads all the players in the room then you're slapped back to reality. >cute girls
lol no

Honestly, playing Survival solo during the global events is probably the most based way to enjoy it. Just make sure you successfully extract instead of leaving behind all the crazy boxes you pick up in the DZ when you kill the named guys.
They're trying (and failing) to get their own Fortnite started. They've been trying for a while now.
I also have no fricking clue what made the dumb Black folk at Ubishit decide that Division Resurgence was just going to be Div1, but for phones with worse graphics and jankier gameplay.
Picture unrelated?
Image inconsequential?

Someone should crop that picture and spam twitter that was how Jan 6 was, just to start up some lulz
gunplay is fine, it's the shitty rpg bulletsponge system that sucks but they had to implement it to justify coop
Div1 was mostly fine. Div2 cranked the bulletsponge to 11.
i never finished 2, couldn't be bothered
maybe at one point but not now.
it was open world slop but it had its moments
If I had to say one nice thing about Division, it would be that I got to try it for free.
I still felt a bit ripped off though.
New York>Washington
nobody can afford to live in new york except the uber wealthy and russian oligarchs
The map of Manhattan in the first game was a little too flat. Lower Manhattan in the Warlords expansion for the second game is good.
Only the left applies. Div2 got turned into season slop. They pozzed it so bad your character got stuck in an infinite loop during the one of the final seasons and didn't bother to fix it for months.
I'm so FRICKING angry that D2 was turned into season slop. We could have had survival mode back, but NO you must consoom season slop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The handful of devs they still have on Div 2 are too moronic to bring survival back.
I'm 100% certain that they shuffled the team after the original release to have interns maintain the game. You could tell much of DC was unfinished.
>100% fully modeled and implemented night club with precisely no content and or encounters and never used again
Pretty sure a lot of the original devs went over to making the Avatar game that recently released shortly after Div 2 came out.
>division 2 was such a massive flop without the snow they had to rush to re-add it back
what were they thinking
The atmosphere was completely gone. In NYC you still had civilians walking the streets who could get caught in the crossfire. DC was a goddamn ghost town.
The groan everyone had when D2 was revealed to be in sunny washington was hilarious

2 had good visuals the issue is that all the factions were fricking boring and there were too many friendlies roaming around
It's too bad the women suffer from westernitis
i just started this game in DC. Should I have gone straight to the NYC expansion instead?
Honestly? Play Div1 to get the full experience. If you must play Div2, the expansion really isn't an improvement over the base game. It's just... more.
You have to olay DC first to unlock NYC. Also NYC in 2 kind of blows since it's so small.
literally every modern ubisoft game is good. they just have an awful brand connotation
Hyperscape was a worse Bloodhunt imho
Division 1 is kino. I do hope they get away from the cover based combat for Division 3, though.
Dark Zone was fun on PS4. You can't play this on PC - too many cheaters.
The Division games are the only good shooter looter. Honestly anyone who shits on it are the real fricking shitters.

The games would be universally adored if the cosmetics were more unique, guaranfrickingteed.

Div1 is a great experience solo, but no cute girls.
I don't want women in my shooters anyways, thats what JRPGs are for.
>no cute girls
no cute girls no play, sorry bozos
They should have just kept improving D1. D2 was a fricking mistake.
>that one other time modern ubisoft did good
Wild Dogs 2?
breakpoint was shit
Anyone doing the global event in Div1? I kind of want to download it but I wonder how dead matchmaking will be.
Honestly, playing Survival solo during the global events is probably the most based way to enjoy it. Just make sure you successfully extract instead of leaving behind all the crazy boxes you pick up in the DZ when you kill the named guys.
I want a rainbow six RPG
Nah it was still loot slop
Division 1 was the true successor to Diablo 2
Literally the best soundtrack of any game made in the past 15 years.
Did anyone else try the Division Heartland beta?
It was so fricking bad. Rotating between 4 preset team members who have their own "mission stamina"
How did it come to this bros...
>45 player pvpve primary mode
They're trying (and failing) to get their own Fortnite started. They've been trying for a while now.

There is no hope left. The series is dead.
>bullet sponge
>no zombies
It was so close
div 2 was cool, multiplayer with random boomers was fun. answering peoples flares to help them was kino. shame the end game builds were so boring
