The actual game art for the GS Ball is so, so much cooler than the Anime design that everyone uses.

Damn, you're right. It's been a while since I've seen it. Thanks for bringing it to my attention, anon.
How can taste this terrible exist? It's been a while since I've laid eyes on this abomination. Frick you for reminding me of it, homosexual.
Behold, a slave to TPC:
Bet you filled the pages of your school notebooks with the Cool S as a kid, moron. When you weren't filling your mouth with dick, that is.
I'm sure that sounded better in your head.
But yeah, the OP's GS Ball is way better, and I'm even more convinced now that I know TPC's shills are out here crying otherwise.
It's a recolored ball with a stylized G and S haphazardly painted on with marker. If you think I'm a shill for rightfully thinking it looks like shit, then you should take your meds.

Looks heavy and impractical to throw. Especially at a dainty Forest Nymph that can teleport on the spot.
The GS stands for Gay Sex.
Thanks OP, very cool!
Also the art for the eggs implied that each egg looked different depending on the species
One thing the anime did well until they became SOULLESS
if the Anime did it right, how come they introduced it in the Orange Islands Bullshit?
the Togepi egg was before Orange Islands, moron
this, every single series has unique egg designs, right up until they made them all generic Pokemon Go style in Journey's
They did this so the contents of eggs would be a mystery. Problem is, nowadays they hatch in the same episode they're obtained anyway so I'm not sure why they bothered.
the elekid one is literally just a digimon egg
No it isn't.
>An npc in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon mentions the GS Ball, claiming that it stands for greatest smith's ball (Japanese: ガンテツすごいボール Gantetsu's Superb Ball) or Gold-Silver Ball (Japanese: ゴールドシルバーボール Gold-Silver Ball).
huh. so THAT'S why they had to come up with that "greatest smith's ball" shit
Nah, the anime version definitely looks better. That just looks tacky or like someone took a sharpie to it rather than it being an indent in the metal. But honestly they're both shitty balls other than the fact that they're Gold/Silver, shouldn't have the GS on them at all, I think it's pretty evident what ball it is just based on the color alone.
the GS ball looks barely different from a regular Pokeball. It just looks like someone with shitty writing scribbled on the top
I wish we got more cool balls to use. I really wanna toss out the GS ball or something. Cherish Balls and Master Balls can't be passed down or bought so it really fricking sucks how limited the rest are in terms of "cool" designs. Best seem to be Luxury and Premier Ball.
I never saw this picture ever, and now its the actual version?
It's the art they used for the games, yes. You didn't see it because they didn't put it in the US version
looks like shit
