the low score is probably deserved, but what i find annoying is why the scores of other games like BG3 and TotK are clearly inflated at the same time

I feel like people who say this bought the advertising campaign shilled by people like Asmongold, but haven't played the game or haven't completed act 1 yet.
250 hours in, on act 2 in my second run, never watched an asmongoloid video and I don't watch ecelebs.

Of course there's problems later in the game. Act 2 is great though. 3 is where it shits the best. Still the best RPG of all time and if they had called it anything other than baldurs gate and chopped off act 3 and made ketheric the final boss everyone would agree with me.

Yeah BG3 is a 7/10 game held back by rampant bugs, cut content, some poor writing terrible AI and a very weak main storyline. The absolute cult and your interactions with it are largely nonsense. The companions are very good however and the environments are a ton of fun to explore.

BG3 may be kind of mid as far as crpgs go but it is an anomaly in that its the only one with that kind of budget, I think it got a lot of undeserved praise just because few actually played any of the crpgs from the golden age when games of this scope were common and weren't relegated to indie kickstarters. Zelda just got that score for being zelda.
Cyberpunk was technically not even playable to even rate is a game because of the bugs and performance, starfield is apparently polished besides console framedrops

The outer worlds is a space rpg by Obsidian and is quite ok at best. The writing is meh, the gameplay is bad, the graphics is terrible and the rpg elements are pretty barebones. They advertised at as the next game from the creators of the original fallout (Tim Cain who directed the original fallout and Leonard boyarsky who was the game designer for the original fallout) but it is nowhere near as good as the original fallout game. People were expecting a new Vegas set in space but got a forgettable experience instead.
Painfully mediocre RPG set in the Sci-fi gilded era where there are robber barons and shit. But instead of having a cool TR like figure to bust shit up you get a whacky scientist.

I played it on my i7 7700k, GTX 1660 Ti and 16GB RAAM and it ran smoothly. Bugs like the gun coming out of the npc's head during the "emotional" scene were what made me quit the game.
The problem with cyberpunk isn't actually the bugs or performance issues. The problem is it was and looks like the expansion still is a far cry game with flavour text dialogue choices. It's an okay game to play an afternoon or two or just zone out doing collectathon side quest shit but it's not good.

There unironically needs to be a general gamer competence test to review games. If you can't crouch jump, double jump, beat a quake 3 arena bot on normal difficulty, understand basic level systems or beat portal without any guides you have no place reviewing anything.

No it isn't. There are entire dungeons that are copy/pasted with the same enemies in the same spots with the same loot. The only RNG thing is where they're placed on a planet when you land there. You're going to be fighting the same raiders for the same gear on most of the "inhabited" planets.

It's because Bethesda doesnt want bodies floating around in space without a pressurized suit on. They either aren't sure what effect decompression would have on the human body or didn't want to animate it
