Anyone else feel "dirty" using Rich cats and other Battle Items for stages that are not Advents or Bosses?
Sometimes you're just hit with a very hard normal ass stage.
In my case these Behemoth Culling Intermission stages.

It took me way too long to figure out that slime is the perfect counter to punt, especially in conjunction with thunder cannon to guarantee that he gets to attack.

I can "handle" Relic Cyclone until Li'l Bun Bun and Gory Black show up, after they do ot's too much for me to handle. Should I TF Delinquent? Freeze against both Relics and Floating sounds like it would help with about 2/3rds of my problems on that stage.

His procs are not so great and his recharge is AWFUL, you are better off using pizza and fishman considering they are very strong even when cursed (if not slaughtered by cyclone)

Absolutely. Having a reliable form of knockback against Manic Eraser reduces his pushing power by a lot, just be wary if you push him all the way to the base everytime he gets knocked back your units will advance forward, possibly to their deaths

Beware, the gimmick forces you to go full autism on your strategies with random lineup and RNG can and WILL frick you with stages that could be beaten by only specific type of lineup
Completing legend quest is recommended when you already 4 crowned entire SoL, but rewards are good even at the beginning stages so go ahead
You can only go so far with low amount of crowns though
And mind you, it is *only* 48 stages, which is length of EoC, which is not bad with good leadership reserved

Well it is nerfed compared to the anniversary versions, since on Anniversaries the droprate is doubled.

When you want to really. I had the first ~15 stages done on 3* before i was even done with SoL.
it's up to you since it's not incredibly important for progress. the most important things you get from it are crowns for legend quest (which doesn't come around very often anyway) and idi (who's very useful on a few stages but is generally outclassed by a baha). so it really comes down to whether those things + the catfood/platinum tickets/leaderships are worth it or if there are better things you could be spending energy on

Had to use sniper though, I could not even digest thought relying on Ururun’s RNG to reset my progress
Also nearly died halfway, but Ururun yeeted eraser back to its base
And I love how Mr Sign appearance was basically saying „M. Eraser is nearly dead”

Octopus can help. Surge helps since a good hit can delete most of the brollows instantly.
Hard hitting Single Target units like CanCan, Fishman, Bullettrain or Balrog can help with only having to tank each brollow once.
But yeah Brollow spam is always cancer.

Personally I did not have trouble with zombies bc I had brainwashed whale (which is cracked, imagine manic island but as anti zombie, even cadavear had issues warding him off lmao)
But I recommend can can regardless, especially talented (at least double bounty) bc even against zombies it is very strong and with alien target talent he can give middle finger to nimoy bores and cyberhorns (you wouldn't believe how often he was my only Bore CC, and it always worked)
Dunno about CotC, outbreak first chapter is kind of assholish with all unit limit deploy restrictions, but chapter two is hell with behemoths being included (I am NOT making this up)

Thanks to him, I beat aku cyclone (should be called hell cyclone but whatever)
Sniper tier range with shield pierce is INCREDIBLY useful, even if procs are very shaky (non TF ofc) to the point if you play it well enough, you can clear aku realms mexico on first try (which is achievement, fricking 5 fallen bears at once feels like sofa meme with girl being your base)
Along with cactus cat, he can duo the Jagando’s stage with certain combos which as hilarious and braindead as you might think

Finally had to retry a LQ stage at lvl.26, only Capies, and the rng deleted all but one unit from my full anti-red team, leaving me with just Sushi. With randomly given Catorpedo as the only other anti-red unit, some not-red-at-all CC units (like tourist) and nothing much in terms of meatshields. Second try wasn't much better, but on the third I finally retained enough of my team to clear it. I guess that's the name of the game though.

The way they call it "bonus reward" I think it might be separate from normal draws and won't affect track, but don't quote me on this. Also there will be a guaranteed uber later, and double guaranteed on one draw doesn't make much sense.

I remember seeing a meme guide that basically said something to the effect of all D orbs only being useful to trade for NP and C-S orbs only being useful to merge into S and then traded for NP. Probably not far off the mark, but I personally only stick resist/massive/strong orbs on units I use a lot if only as a placebo and save the rest for a rainy day.
if they were all as easy to get as the aku ones then they might be worth it but for now they are way too grindy with little payoff

There are two options:
>complete ubercarry with combos to ensure you have at least one uber on the field, with dedicated anti black to kill sbk
>wait till normals have high enough levels, take some ubers and brute force the stage (with high level normals this stage is digestable, with maxed it becomes a joke)
Basically most braindead stage design, either ubercarry or grind, no inbetween

TF stage was pretty easy, just have some wavers like Crazed Macho Legs and Slime and you're golden.
You have to build your team around beating the peons. I checked ny team and that's what I used:
>Mohawk and Eraser as meatshields (dunno about their levels though)
>Legs, 1st form Jizo and D'art as cheap spammable chippers
>D.Iz, 2nd form Issun Boshi and Phono for big boy damage
>Jamiera for moderate damage on top of that
>TF Fate Collab Sakura for tanking the traited enemies (I'm not even sure if there's any other unit that targets Blacks, Aliens and Zombies specifically, it's like she's made for this stage)
If you have a nice range of 750-3500c ubers it's a lot easier. I had some success with gravolo, blanka, balrog, iz, jizo, that sort of thing.
Your meatshielding options are so limited that LD attackers will often be left unprotected.
Anyway, a constant stream of meatshields merely allows wahwah to get more hits off.
Anything with a short foreswing fares well.

I only bring him against R. Ost or behemoths that I really need more than generic meatshields to wall. You pretty much have to spam haniwa from the start of the game to ensure you have a steady stream on the frontlines

The new GirlsMons looks cute, but with the evolved form stats and only a 50% chance to freeze you are just never going to use her.
After the first orb drop from MegaMooth I took stock of my "collection" and I'm literally one Metal Def Up orb of any rarity away from getting my first S-class. Sure I could go to the Orb Island and get one that way, but to be honest 300 is pretty steep for something I'll eventually get for 100.

Does anyone know when the next new unit (after tetsukachi) that shifts the plat banner drops? Or about how long it takes between new units? I have 8 shards so I'm debating on either rolling for an extra shard on ultra souls so I can get a plat ticket with the second gauntlet shard and get dphono, or rolling to get guaranteed summoner satoru and kunio kun (I don't have shield piercers yet). If the next new unit doesn't come until after Jan 1 then I can get the january gauntlet shard instead and pick up satoru.
Dphono won't come up again until 2 more new units and 10 spaces sooner so I can only commit to one thing. Any ideas?

there's a new mongal in 13.0 and a new almighty, not sure if there are any others. having to choose between dphono and kunio is rough, I'd personally go kunio because I use his combo all the time and who knows when he'll come back, but I wouldn't blame you for wanting to go dphono instead.

optimally you should seed track and try to get something really good like chronos or an uberfest cat, but most of the pixies are solid especially for aliens so its not a bad idea. the water and air ones are the only really shit pixies IMO, so you should have good odds of getting a useful one. that said i dont have the fire guy yet.
if you're more worried about zombies do iron legion, or for blacks do war gods. anti-relic and anti-aku should still be too far away to really matter for you so dont stress about them

i got her quite late, found her disappointing then benched her so maybe im missing something, but as i remember it everything i dont like about her is summed up perfectly in her losing matchup against colossal hippo. sure she has enough damage to seem solid, but its not specific to anything so specialized attackers will do better. not that she will ever hit with it though because shes too slow to move, slow to attack and short ranged to ever really get any hits off in the first place. her knockback never matters because why would it. worse, her freeze doesnt matter because shes already within range. it actively dissynergizes with her toughness. and on top of it all she has shit talents

While Mizli syndrome is made up shit by people who have no knowledge how the actual stages look like, she is basically anti-alien dragon emperor with better recharge and cost but weak stats, and her synergies are very VERY bad (imagine bahamut like unit missing an attack because of Mizli knockback)
Ironically she would be one of the best pixies if not for pointless knockback (knockback itself is not a problem, but its awful synergy with slow and her target trait not being a good match up)
Ironically UT Dioramos is everything Mizli wishes to be, basically a very heavy but powerful version of her that actually eliminates all of her problems (being extremely powerful attacker himself and his slow + kb having pierce with dual target being able to push ENTIRE line is godsend)
True, he needs heavy grind to become good but as of now, Mizli is completely irrelevant if you invest in Gigachadioramos
i remember liking her on my first file of the game, but that one had such bad gacha luck i didn't have many of the really good anti-aliens for ITF so consistent knockback on shit like lemurr or ursamajor were good. would've pondered getting her again if the river city banners weren't lined up so one had bora and the other had voli as the uber right after when i track swapped from the guaranteed pixie banner (getting lumina and yamii in the process).

They're very much needed for restriction stages. Get them once they're at half cost.
Mr. and Zombie Cat are part of useful combos, Dom Cat and Box of Cats TF are good units
Dancer is also very good unit, especially talented (very reliable 4 crown anti wave and general attacker, something that fencer cat wish it was)
Riceball is also useful fully talented for couple of stages (that are far more difficult without him)
Gato Amigo talented is your only early anti surge meatshield, and only cheap spammable one (albeit abysmal speed is an issue) so he is also reliable pick
Lollycat can be incredibly useful but niche anti-metal when fully tallented and beefcake cat fully tallented is one of your only non-uber anti-surge attackers
Bondage when talented is hyper aggressive version of roe, having also function of iCat and courier against reds (arguably it is low priority, but on the other hand you can only use courier on 4 crown, and anti red tank can be very useful on certain stages)
Also, on topic of talents, you REALLY want to upgrade attack and defense for most of them, bc unlike other cats, they get gargantuan 80% MAX STAT INCREASE when fully upgraded, which is positively nuts

What is your generalist lineup?
I feel like this works good enough for new SoL stages and stuff.
HMS Punts slot is usually some other cheap fast rusher uber like Thunder Jack. Works for most standard stages at least, Nanaho deals with the stupid odd metal enemy on stages I don't bother researching
works against pretty much everything except metal, altough Dasli and/or Yukimura are often replaced by Kasli/DPhono/Mitama/Chronos if i need debuffs.
I run these frickers. I get five levels of worker-up and some starting cash from combos, courier for reds and peons, atlantis for zombies, luga for metal, then two tanks, chronos to freeze everything, kalsi for weaken immunity, knockback and surges, and iz to just generally be an overpowered shit kicker
Its fallen off in the late game a bit though, too many annoying enemies that need specific niche counters

I am not surprised it has fallen off, considering once your units die you are only left with courier on field
Can can, pizza, one of fish variants, one spammable long distance / piercing attacker and rusher such as fishman / yukimura / bahamut can easily replace some of these cats
And tip, in late game double eraser falls off HARD, you will be better off using double manic combo for faster meatshield flow (and making sure courier doesn’t die)
Also soba is far better anti metal than luga, as luga has pathetic damage compared to basically what is 300% super metal hippoe killer, and you rarely need to kill swarms of metal enemies with dedicated critter
I agree about niche counters though, shit like grotesque gallery forced me to change my line up SIX TIMES which is way too much for my patience to handle
Between freeze surges and knockback the general strategy is just to not die in the first place. I start the game with most of a free rich cat so i can generally get all my worthwhile ubers out before they hit the boss and at that point stuns do the rest
If i need specialized cats i can comfortably swap ubers and up to three of the combo slaves for direct counters, but that stops it from being a generalist list. The only things that significantly threaten these guys so far have been aku bears and behemoth doges, mostly because they're just immune to everything

Wdym, you usually have combos on top row, it does not make sense to have spammables on top unless you want your combo units sent by a mistake
Besides combos, the only way to order your units that makes sense is from top to bottom, from least expensive to most expensive.

My generalist lineup is actually just a rushdown lineup with no spammable tanks, it's just lion cats, bullet trains, dkasli, awakened bahamut, courier really, and cat combos for starting money/wallet.

The immediate egg units after him were pretty crappy, almost like they were trying to reverse course but the egg units have been pretty good after that early bunch. They've been becoming more and more expensive to TF though

Lufalan gets ironically more use in late game as meta shifted from peon spam to beefy enemy combo, and he truly shines in stages where every enemy is beefy motherfricker and there are no piercing attacks, waves or surges

He can be good against specific mid game advent bosses who he out ranges, but having no piercing, horrible movement speed and a huge attack start up makes him way less flexible.
If you don't have anything with 600+ range it definitely won't hurt to get him, but you'd probably prefer something like phono or even Aphrodite instead if you could.
I really wish people would stop comparing Ubers to stuff thats moronicly overpowered on purpose like phono.
Luffy is easily in the top 10 Ubers if you ignore Fests.
Aphrodite might be faster but also does a 6th of Luffys damage (without crits) while having a massive blindspot and an even longer attack windup and frequency.
ST doesn't even matter if you have this kind of damage.
He's my solution to the Metal Seal problem. Of course, with his low crit rate, you need a steady stream of tanks to protect him and maybe a crit up combo.

I tried clearing the 4-crown TBC Pop stages and while I did, I only clocked less than 1000 on the second-to-last stage. The final stage was a breeze by comparison.

I’ve started putting dents in Cyclones, Red and White have already fallen to my exceedingly shit gameplay, I’ve finished ITF 1, and just made it up to Parthenon in Stories of Legend.
I think you should at least finish ItF and get all the treasures maxed out to get the boost in attack to he main traits. No reason to play with a handicap.
Just give them a go when they appear, you never know how well you'll perform. Anti-traitless or good LD generalist ubers will really help against the crazed units and their support, respectively.
Crazed tank is an absolute game-changer, and if you get him early on you will really feel the benefits. Crazed cat is also wonderful to have.
Also, did anyone ever find a good niche for manic UFO or Dark? Never really see either used.

Siege Walker Diabolosa is a pretty good unit in its own right, too.

I suppose those slow units often don't end up doing much. That sort of design feels like it was better five years ago, when there were more levels with a fairly static frontline, and a combination of meatshields and backliners was the name of the game.
It's the same deal with BCS tigerclaw, Shishilan, and other nukers; excellent against the crazed stages, cyclones, EoC, ItF, but I find myself hardly using them post-CoTC and SoL.
Jizos one of the first ubers I've pulled before I started tracking and I still haven't TF'd it since it's one of those slow lumbering nukes that I know I'll never use
I went and checked, and if the rate at which new versions pop up, JPN should see 13.1 right before Christmas.
I won't try to figure out which, if any, uber banner will get a new unit, but I am interested to see if Ponos is planning on releasing a new Ultra Form every update. Which unit do (You) think should get one next?
That seems about right. Ponos also seems to have taken a liking to releasing a new Uberfest-exclusive uber in the December update in recent years. Starred UL is set to be completely filled in next update as well, so it'll be interesting to see what Ponos does for the invasion stage and Idi TF / new unit

I was channeling Ralph Wiggum's "Haha, I'm in danger" with every new level. It's a shame this version doesn't have zombies though, I feel like those are by far the best addition to The Battle Cats yet. I assume they're never gonna update it again, right? One more note: Sages resist crowd-control debuffs (Slow, Weaken, Curse, Knockback, Freeze) by 70% (does not apply to Strong / Resistant / Massive Damage / etc.). Sage Slayers, including a 1.2x attack and 2.0x defense multiplier, bypass this mechanic.

Interrupting the v13.1 discussion to say that Holy Blast should fo damage to Aku since they're demons.
Water Blast should temporarily give all metal enemies an extra small chance of getting crit, even by non crit units instead of reducing their HP
These summons seem really fricking bad if they all cost the same as the unit itself to summon.

Total newbie here, what banners should I use my hard earned cat food on?
Don't use your catfood unless you get a guaranteed Uber with your 11-pull. Then you should probably seedtrack.
Almighties are arguably the best for beginners since most of the units are pretty good generalists. Most Ultra Souls are also pretty good.
Most Pixies can absolutely carry you through ITF and COTC.
You should avoid Nekolugas at the start since they are all very situational and pretty meh pre-TF. Dragon Emperors look cool but are pretty useless so avoid those too.
Uber & Epicfest is usually also pretty good but you should probably use your tickets on those instead of catfood, since fests don't get guaranteed ubers.

Looking at my seed tracker, the upcoming epicfest has dark mitama in 31 pulls (all of my catfood and tickets to get there).
What should I do? I hear she's pretty good, but I also want to hold out for some guaranteeds for good anti zombie and akubers as well. I already have cyberpunk and dhono for traitless cc, and I don't have any anti aku and my only anti zombie uber is diabolosa and mighty carroshit.

Newb here, so what exactly do you do when you hit a point when no matter what you do you can't advance any further?
Lets say you hit a stage with lots of black and metal enemies but have no anti black or metal cats and even after completing all the treasures you just can't beat it?
Do the Story of Legends stuff and build up enough Rare Tickets/Cat Food then pay attention to what your seed will get you to get what you need. I'm surprised you don't have at least an anti-black though, they feel more common than anti-angel for example.

it seems like it, but it really comes in bursts. every second month or so they throw 800 free catfood at you and towards the late game you start picking up nearly 10 catfood daily just passively. plus clearing stages yields catfood more often than you'd think, and in the late game you generate a gold ticket every day or two depending on what event is on. all you really need to know is DONT spend CF on battle items, but DO spend it to retry a stage if you know you can win since 30CF is cheap for a new unit or true form. generally its best to wait for discounts and save up for those big 11 pulls when an uber rare is garuanteed. also use the seed tracker, there's no reason not to and judicial use of the tracker can get you nearly twice as many uber rare cats and specifically the cats you want instead of duplicates
my last big pull was about 20 days ago during the sports day event and ive already completely recovered to exactly 1500, which im saving to exploit the tracker with

I DOES seem that way early on. But for one, about midway through the first Empire of Cats chapter you unlock Gamatoto, your passive income provider. And in time, as it gains levels, as well as better and better assistants, he'll start bringing more and more Catfruit just for the low, low price of a few taps every six hours or so.
We're also in the middle of another "(n)Million downloads" celebration of dropping 20cf every day for I don't know how long, which happens surprisingly often. There's also collab stages, between minor and major ones I'd say there's one every two months, and with resetting stages you cat get tons of catfruit clearing them again once you're strong enough to do multiple crown difficulties.
And then there's the slot machine, which shows up like three or four times a year (wouldn't be surprised if it popped up around Christmas/New Years, actually), which is literally just PONOS giving away 1000+ cf everytime you use it.

My only other experience with gacha is Granblue Fantasy and those motherfrickers give you rolls like it's candy, so it's kind of a whiplash for me.
Don't get knockback talent on wheel cat. It will make him useless. I made this mistake when they first gave it talents but luckily I only put 1 point into it and it never seems to proc.

Fests never have guaranteed Ubers, though they *have* a higher chance for them, on spots that would usually net you a Super Rare. But it's still a cointoss without a seed track, there's a lot of stretches where you get nothing but mundane Rares. So IF you're planning on using the seed track, you should probably wait for a guaranteed so you're sure to get at least something out of it.

They're decent in their TFs, especially with Talents. But mostly for 4-crown challenges, where Li'l Eraser is the only Eraser clone you can use for example.

Here are some units that are on my mind:

That one is classic. Once fully invested, it is basically meta version of King Dragon. That is no hyperbole, with NP boosts it has HIGHER stats, it has good chance for small but significant wave pierce, especially if stacked, it is fricking anti-surge, good luck finding good one that is not uber, nvm stackable and has guaranteed survivor if invested.
It is one of the few cats that you should absolutely invest all the talents.

If maxxed with talents, it has higher health than normal variant and that festy 20% dodge against zombies is godsend in 4 crown, as zombie stages are legit nightmare under restriction, especially in UL
DO NOT TOUCH SOULSTRIKE, IT WILL NERF THE ERASER SO MUCH IT WILL BECOME UNVIABLE FOR ZOMBIES
That is not a joke, this talent is so bad it hurts eraser's performance

The other decent NP boosted li'ls are island as good anti-aku, dark as CC against dober on 4 crown (aku talent is largely wasted on him though), legs as both sustainable shield piercer and barrier breaker (you will be shocked how bare options are for Barrier Breakers on 4 star) and flying as great anti zombie and decent anti relic
Skip the lion and jamiera though, they are useless, although their talents are not bad either

Ubercarry unfortunately, I seed tracked dphono and d'ark and used cyberpunk and sniper the heavy for cc. Meatshields and cameraman and also courier and can can spam. Rich cat also. It was very inconsistent as my first attempt got kappy jr to 3% then second got him to only 50%. Third was the charm.
Currently on 1st chapter of cotc and 14th SOL chapter.
oh i see, well you have beaten one of the very hardest advents in the game, other advents shouldn't be too hard given you know the strat to beat them
not sure if it's the easiest, but you should consider doing river styx. the stage should be a breeze with d'ark/courier and maglev has always been one of the most useful advent units in the game

Between the Dark Catseyes being added to the Catseye silver gacha, the final level of Baron Stages and the new Infernal Tower Floors, and Labyrinth not dropping for months now, I'm starting to wonder if Ponos got rid of it outright. Which would've been throwing the baby with the bathwater. I don't think people really hated the Labyrinth, just how often it returned.

Does 2 rares in 1 cell mean the tracker isn't sure which one I'll get or can I make sure I get one or the other?
The game wont give you 2 of the same rare unit in a row, so when that happens it gets switched out for another unit and you switch tracks.
In the pic youd normally go Mer-Pirate-Pirate, but since two of the same rare cat isnt possible you are getting Mer-Pirate-Viking instead and the track is gonna continue on 22B..
If you get to 21A without pulling another Pirate right before (like with a Platinum Ticket), you can still get the Pirate Cat on 21A and then continue onto Onmyoji on 22A without the trackswitch.

So gacha pulls on Battle Cats aren't random, there's a frickhuge list of units you go through (like, easily seven digits long, probably), and every player is in one spot of it or another. Through a combination of datamining and good old fashioned weaponized autism, the whole list has been recreated so that everybody who wants to do it can track their location on it.
With how long the seed list is, some strings of units will eventually repeat (kinda like how the endless digits of pi work, I guess?), which is why the algorithm needs at least seven of your last pulls, in order, to find your spot. But once you have your spot, you can check what will be in your upcoming pulls.
The list both is and isn't static. It IS static in the way that whatever rarity is connected to each spot, that's the rarity you'll get (although with banners with higher chance for Uber Rares - like the Fests - some Super Rare spots will change into Uber spots. It's actually connected to a number value of each spot, but that's technical minutia you don't really need to worry about, especially since those spots are color-coded on the tracker so you'll know when they come up), and it's not static in the way that the specific unit you'll pull depends on the pool of units of each banner. But that also means that if two different banners have the same unit pool for a certain rarity, the units on the list will be the same as well.
And since all regular banners use the whole gacha pool of Rare units, it means that all regular banners will look exactly the same as far as the spots for Rare units are concerned. Only some collab banners with their own limited gacha Rares will change how that looks. That's important for track swapping.
You see. when I said there's a list, I actually meant that there's two lists running concurrently. You're always on one of them (the site defaults to showing it as the left one, or the "A" track), but there's two ways to change it.
One way is kind of randomized: whenever you have two of the same Rare unit one spot after another, the second one will be replaced by another unit, and you'll be kicked onto the other track (it looks like the pic on
). If you want to avoid it because, for example, there's an Uber Rare you want to get right after it (kinda how it looks like on
as well), you'll need to get a different unit from either of the two spots. Which requires either pulling on a collab banner (since as I've already explained, the added limited collab Rares will change the order around) or, since collabs only pop up once every few months, use your Platinum ticket to get an Uber instead.
The second way is to use a guaranteed uber multipull. The way guaranteed multipulls work is that you get the next 10 units from the list, followed by an Uber paired to the spot from which you started, and then finally jumping to the other track. However, if you run into a wild "two of the same Rare" trackswap while pulling a guaranteed uber multipull, you'll swap tracks when you reach the wild one, and them swap back to the first track at the end of the multipull.
Really, it would be easier to explain it with visual aides, maybe someone could make a video.
While I'm at it, I'll explain when you can expect a guaranteed uber. Whenever there's a new Uber unit added to the game, the banner this particular new Uber comes from gets a guaranteed Uber, as well as any other banner that's running at the same time (except for the Fests, because Fests don't get guaranteed Ubers). There's also guaranteed ubers for the last few days of every Collab or Seasonal banner (and, again, whatever other banner is up at the time).
OK then. Mighty specific. I'll look into that with the next gairenteed pulls this week.

The dual ticket G drop chance is good enough, and if you have ton of leaderships, you can blaze this stage with courier and farm pretty quickly
It is not even possible to get best rewards from lucky tickets stages by using treasure radars bc they are programmed to give your treasure radars back
Although why would you waste treasure radar on this stage anyway
Normal lucky tickets roll the li’l cats and items (and small XP)
Lucky tickets G roll huge XP rewards and catamins (which can be useful for collecting first clear rewards from catamin stages or farm Facing Danger and Siege of Hippoe daily)

He got 2mil effective HP against Relics and Zombies thanks to permanent weaken.
His LD Blindspot is no longer a problem either and he got a roughly 70% Damage increase compared to the TF.

Its 6k dps @ 60 for TF and 10.6k dps @ 60 for UF.
So yeah its a proper dps increase.
I want to like Ragnarok since it's got the coolest attack animation in the game but it also takes so long everything it wants to hit gets knocked out of range by the time the attack connects

Making its omnistrike actually hit beyond its standing range is enough imo
A lot of other attackers with slow animations like Ganglion and Ganesha work because they can still hit further than where they started their attack
But Ragnarok's one in comparison to their is still freakishly long

My point is if Ragnarok misses the target, it is because he has way too long foreswing for something WITH pierce, nevermind without, so reducing foreswing would fix accuracy problem
I think increasing his omnistrike would not matter that much if most enemies are knocked back, unless it is VERY significant amount

It has the attack power of a strengthened Balrog vs traited except it hits 3 times with 350 standing range and 800 omni.
Plus the summon that sends out a nuke at 800 range whenever you want to for no extra cost.
I would absolutely go for it, it has the potential to be the single most busted unit in the game.

Same procedures as rare-capsule seed tracking and includes catfruit/catseye capsules and lucky ticket (normal and G) capsules. That way you can snipe only the li'l cats, the 1 million XP drops from lucky ticket G's, dark catseyes, and whatever else you may desire.

Farming building mats is a pain, especially since you're never guaranteed that the stage you're farming on (whether SoL or the daily mat farm maps) will actually drop the thing you want. It's needlesly convoluted busywork.
Therefore, consider: Build Mat Buffet. Two maps, both consisting of four stages, divided into "organic" and "inorganic" (coal falls into the organic category). The starting stage drops the most basic materials (so I guess Bricks or Feathers), then you have a choice of going for a continuation stage that will drop a rarer material, and then another, and another. Each stage guarantees some number of the specific material, so you're guaranteed you'll get what you want as long as you can clear it. There'd still be some skill involved since you're required to teambuild for four distinct stages if you want the rarest mat in the group.
It can be unlocked somewhere in the endgame if Ponos is stingy with the mats, sometime when it's obvious that the only thing stopping the player from farming the way he's supposed to now is lack of time.
maybe, but you get a lot of building materials from clearing SOL and user rank and towers, colossi, ect. the new base stuff seems to be a reaction to too many materials rather than not enough. i agree it sucks in the early and midgame, and even early late game, but you're never really bottleknecked by it.

At lvl.15 of Big Peng Z I get folded by the second Shadow Boxer to spawn. I haven't yet tried to utilize Boomerang, but if that doesn't work, I guess I'll have to try for the Ms. Sign cheese. And that doesn't lend itself to farming orbs at all.
the stage is a nightmare to farm unless you have dark kasli/asukasli. even then you occasionally lose just because big peng sneaks into their blindspot. maybe brainwashed whale might help if you have him.

It's not impossible, you just need to get something else instead of the first Onmyoji. Which at the moment you can only do by pulling a platinum ticket.

That only happens when there's a new unit introduced to the pool.
That said, I wonder what will happen when they bring in the Legend Rare that just debuted in Japan, since legend spots were used for regular ubers until now.
If you click on the tracker on "Details" you can see that the slot is determined by the score.
So for Uberfest, everything above 9100 (since 9% droprate) is just going to give you an Uber. So they're probably just going to give the 9950-9999 or whatever range to the legend rare.

Great long range nuker against the three target traits, with all of them being very relevant
It is also very cost efficient (but has horrible cooldown in exchange) and it has actually good DPS for its range, even without taking target traits into consideration
However, what it makes so great it is TWO SLOT M ATTACK UP COMBO
Shit is so overpowered it's not even funny
Ofc atlantis and thermae are more conventionally better anti-zombies, but Diabolosa is legitimately good uber to have so I recommend gunning for him too, especially if cadavaer bear is fricking you up
Diabolosa definitely isn't bad, but most of the time the enemy base is just going to be destroyed without him even getting a single shot off.
The 3 speed are such a massive downside, that i would never recommend using him outside of when hes already in your loadout for the combo.

I've finally finished SoL since the last time the Towers were around, so I was excited to finally get through the final ten floors. Of course, getting Uril is a great reward, but more importantly, from that point on I would only have to clear the manic stages on Floors 31-39 if they had Build Mats I wanted. But holy shit are these final floors cancerous. I ended up copying teams off of youtube for most of them so far, but at least I'm now past 45.
I took a little break to do some tag challenge, some Infernal Tower and some SoL for the Weekly/Monthly challenges, but I'll be going back to hopefully finish HT. And is it just me, or does Jagando look like he's made for Floor 50? Sure, he doesn't outrange Uril's Omni, but with both Surge and Curse immunity he seems like he could do some serious damage before going down.

Actually it is very much possible to win this stage only with Jagando, li’l King Dragon, boulder and glass cat with help of combos, but I recommend having LKD maxed before attempting this

I'm just starting, so I really don't know how common platinum tickets are. There's also Ebisu in the Gao track, and I can only commit to one track after Red Busters, so it makes the decision more difficult to think about.
Once you are able to clear stage 5 of the bi-monthly gauntlets, you get 2 Plat shards a month, for a total of 24, or 2.4 Plat Tickets a year.
Anniversary is also a Plat ticket now. If you get Baby Gao, you may be kicking yourself for a VERY long time over Valk. She's not good, but she is cute and a rare collection piece.
If she's more about collection purposes, then I guess my mind is settled on geting Gao and Ebisu instead. I really would prefer to have a powerful unit to help me advance through the game, to be able to even clear the gauntlets you mentioned in the first place, before having to worry about collection units.
Monthly gauntlets really aren't that bad.

Shes the first unit I pushed to lv50. Lil' Valk is Unit-01's wife. Shes a fantastic rusher for front line z.kills, failing that she forces a burrow which Unit-01 will annihilate when they surface. I use her all the time for zombies. Lil valk and unit-01 are actually the ONLY zombie focussed ubers I ever use. Amaterasu might get a look in now she has z.kill talent, but lil' valk will still be on the team.

my closest lil' valk's at 367A while i'm at 241A, and even then that one's over a legend so the one after that is 399A the closest one behind me was 192A and before i started using rare tickets i was at 204 can't get pai-pai either because the step up goes over a duplicate which track switches away from her and i didn't realize it until after i posted about it, no skin off my bones though for that, think kai was a better use of my 205 roll and i have a frickton of anti-red anyway

But that reminds me: I did Lasvoss, and afterwards I also TF'd the units I consistently use (so mostly Miter Saw), as well as units that would be helpful as the need arose (for example Cutter for when I needed more cheap rushers for the Tower), but I don't feel like I really need to TF anything else so far. Maybe Saki, since it's always useful to have an extra Relic-targeting unit, especially a back-liner, if I ever have the chance to spend some time and energy on UL, but other than that? I don't use most of the units that require an Epic Seed in the first place, although maybe that would change if I evolved them.
I know there's the priority list, but it's terribly out of date at this point, with at least a dozen new units requiring an Epic Seed that aren't on there, and many of the ones that ARE on there boil down to "TF doesn't add much, but it unlocks Talents, and those are helpful", and I'm still in the hoarding stage when it comes to NP.
So I guess my question is: which units get good when True Formed using Epic Seeds right out the gate?
Most of the units obviously get better, at least outside of the almighties.
Matador Cat TF is actually really good vs Aku,
Hevijak gets more stats, range and 100% proc,
Diabolosa for the combo at least,
Amaterasu gets a decent damage boost,
Lilin just gets more health and the surge, but the base unit is already really good,
Satoru gets a semi-reliant shield piercer.
Eva01 gets mini-surge and survive.
And Saki like you said for relics.
I don't quite remember what the Almighties get, i remember Hades TF was pointless and Ganesha/Anubis need NP to work.
I think Matador's target Aku trait is from his Talents, and even if it weren't, the only big Aku stages I have left are the Face and Standing Nyandam, which I'm not even close to clearing, so I might as well wait until I've hoarded all the Seeds I could possibly need. As for the Ubers, from the ones you've listed I only have Diabolosa, Eva and Saki, so I guess that settles it.

The most important thing about the Eva01 TF is that he looks way better when he has the spear. Shame he somehow doesn't get more range with this.

Any other uber that has relic typing, even if you need a talent for it. They're all pretty shit but you will be thankful if you have them and don't have to scrounge for and level them last minute like I had to.

it isn't even released in JP yet, plus it can take a very long time for new units to show up in EN even after we get the update. it's possible you could be waiting a year or more before you're able to roll for the epicfest version. it's also a bit of a gamble because we could always end up in a mitama situation where the uberfest version is generally far superior.

Infernal 50 surprisingly wasn't that bad, especially with legend tfs and cone cat. I had way more trouble on 44 and 46.
