At 6 inches, 800p is definitely enough. You'd need a magnifying glass to see any detail if you had a 1440p screen or whatever. Just not worth it for a gaming handheld.

In a year or two UMPCs might be a market staple actually sold in big box stores. Things are certainly coming a long way from tiny notebook and shitty tacked on controller buttons.
