The Dwarfs built a gun Factory spewing Blood and Smog into the middle of the Forest.
The Elfs want your Party to bomb the Factory.
Is it morally righter to support Dwarfs or Elfs?

The good done by the manufacture of firearms likely outweighs the negatives of the pollution, therefore I would side with the Dwarves.
Why does it feel like there's been an avalanche of tripgays lately
Kill both take forest and guns
shut up namegay trash
>Le binary choice
>Le morals
Le blatant bait
The dwarfs are the ones who started this shit. Of course it's morally right to support the elf.
>shit up someone else's home
>when you can dig up as much space as you need underground
Was this supposed to be some sort of moral conundrum? Dwarves violated the NAP.
The Dwarves are in the wrong for ruining nature just for the purpose of creating weapons used to kill people, but I hate elves so much that I'll support the dwarves.
>Dwarves are in the wrong
>But I hate elves so much that I'll support the dwarves
Hello based department?
Would there be a way to do an option that's not so extreme, or are we just limited to:
>Bomb the factory
>Don't bomb the factory
How much I'm getting paid?
buy guns from dwarves, shoot DM and OP
I side with the elves. Frick technology.
That entirely depends on whether the elven girl is prepared to put out
No ring, no 'thing'.
They're both buttholes, so support whoever pays more.
Dwarves are absolutely loaded from trading those guns they just made, and Elves are a bunch of moronic spear chuckers. Unless you consider pussy a form of payment like
said, then its time to kill some knife-ears.
You never really know with elves. You could get shafted. Or you might get some ancient relic that's worth your weight in gold to the right collector.
>Dwarves are absolutely loaded
Then wouldn't you side with the elves, kill the dwarves, and take their shit? Surely they're not going to pay you ALL their spoils.
Only reason why the local village hasn't manage to oust the manlets is they aren't trained in tunnel warfare. That's why dwarves hide underground.
No thats just where they live. In the mountains, they are miners, not Vietnamese guerrilla.
And after all, whats the point of the factory being in the middle of hostile territory?
Why not bomb both?
Also, wtf sort of industrial process involves blood as a byproduct?
OP, do you understand how fricking manufacturing works?
Dwarves need blood sacrifices to enchant the guns. Sometimes they get a bit too much blood and decide to pour it into the forest. Its alright though, I hear that elves drink blood... probably.
Well then, that's some lousy engineering. Git good dwarfs, you dont do what for crossbows.
start a bomb factory in a human town and become a war profiteer
Third option: get the dorfs and the knife ears to work together on creating a filtration system for the factory that will reduce the pollution and provide a useful byproduct for both sides to use. I'm thinking some special plant that just LOVES whatever the factory is spewing that can be used to fuel the factory and produce viable food stuffs as well. Where is such a plant found? No idea, but sounds like a decent quest hook for some jungle adventures.
Elves invented guns. Dwarves infringed their copyright. I hope you don't use Leddit.
Easy choice.
They hated him because he told the truth.
What kind of head canon is that?
It should be us humans who did that. Please educate me.
The sad thing is that his bullets won't even hurt her. Guns are so pathetic in DnD, rather, health is so moronic
I know right? I give guns a lot of damage but I dont let people add damage modifiers to them. So the damage doesnt really scale. Like they do a 2d6 for an example. If its point blank then one extra dice. If you gonna add guns make them realistic. No one wants to use a crossbow with more range and 5 times the price. I think guns should have a DC but my DM doesn't like the idea. The problem with guns in DnD is that if they exist, why doesn't ever bandit pack 4 flintlock pistols?
The sad thing is that his bullets will decimate her. Plate armor is so pathetic in Dark Heresy, rather, primitive armor is so moronic
Whos talking about 40k here?
Shut up namegay trash.
A better question is "who's paying me more?".
Subhuman work costs extra you knife eared fricks.
Elves have the right because it's Dwarven industry, fricking over the Elves due to improper regulation of waste product.
Which, given Dwarves have major chips on their shoulders, they probably know is happening, but let it happen.
It's morally righter to support the Elves in this regard.
It's morally most right, to wrangle the bosses of both together to actually force them to live together and respect one another and stop being such passive aggressive shits.
>gun factory
>spewing blood into the forest
What the frick are these dwarves doing?
I'll try to figure out what exactly is going on first and act based on what I find out.
Conquer them both and take the factory and the woods for Humanity.
>Blood and Smog
What sort of guns are these?
Blooderbusses and Smogbards.
Why the Hell is a gun factory spewing blood? Yeah I'm siding with the elves, the dwarves are clearly doing something evil in there.
>why the hell is a gun factory spewing blood?
Because its a hell factory making demonic guns.
the factory is spewing... blood?
Meat factories spew out blood in real life.
it's called a slaughterhouse
Dwarves commit numerous genocides and blame the victims.
Guys, chill with the head canon
Real men support dwarfs and exterminate the filthy elves.
I don't know if it's morally right to support the elves, but its definitely morally right to wipe out the dwarves
>Blood
Idk where that is coming from. I also dont know how they managed to build it in the middle of the forest and the Elfs were OK with that at some point but ok.
Really its not their problem, if they are Mercs, then who pays more. Or like Dwarfs can arm the party.
>The Dwarfs built a gun Factory
aight lemme call my contact...
I bomb the factory. I SAY I am doing it because the dwarves are violating elven territory and their factory is gross and polluting nature.
But the real reason is that I just don't want the Dwarves to have a steady supply of guns. Thats too much of a game-changer, and I would have to be a fricking moron to think that the gun won't enable their military expansion into neighboring territories. It might start with the elves, but it won't end with them. This one of those 'an ounce of prevention is worth 10 pounds of cure' situations.
Metagaming dumbfrick alert
Who is metagaming? Not wanting a neighboring kingdom to gain a revolutionary military advantage is a rational in-setting decision. Once we know what a gun IS and see how dangerous it is, of course we would want to make sure they all get blown up.
This isn't any different from the standard fantasy trope of 'stop the BBEG from acquiring the [spell/weapon/artifact] that would make them too strong to beat. Its just a different aesthetic in terms of what we are trying to keep out of enemy hands.
Then its a it's a self-fulfilling prophecy.
>Not wanting a neighboring kingdom to gain a revolutionary military advantage is a rational in-setting decision.
No the rational thing to do is to get the weapon before them. You cant stop someone from building a weapon if they really want to do it. You can only delay them. And you best use that time to make them first. The only real way to stop the weapon from being built is to kill all the scientists, and I feel like its too l8 for that.
Buy the dwarf guns, using them to capture and enslave the elves, and force them to work in the factory or the mines for the factory in exchange for a stake in the company that runs the factory
The dwarves don't need you to do that if all it takes is guns. They already have guns. And, frankly, they have no reason to SELL you guns because so long as they have guns and you don't there is nothing you can trade them that they can't just take from you by force.
Thats a nice treasury you have there, we'll be taking that. And in return you get to work in the salt mines until you die. I think thats a hell of a deal, don't you?
I mean its clear what DM planed for the PCs to do, like its obvious. So it has to be this scenario of Dwarfs being fricking buttholes.
>there is nothing you can trade them that they can't just take from you by force.
Thats just murderhobo logic. At this point we are making stuff up. We don't know anything about either side. We need more dental.
>get wrecked by elves
Many such cases.
I don't know what the frick they're doing that's spewing blood but I'm pretty sure it needs to stop.
was thread created by a fricking bot
yeah looks like it
The elves are paying me therefore it would be wrong to not blow it up. I mean only the wicked breaks contract.
>Is it morally righter to support Dwarfs or Elfs?
Who ever pays the most is all that matters. Don’t care about the elder races and their petty squabbles. Just in it for the gold.
It is never morally right to support elves.
What the frick are the dwarves making their guns with that requires blood? Do they just feed elves and humans into the machinery and let the fats lubricate it instead of just using a fricking oil?
The dwarves have clearly violated the NAP, so the only reasonable course of action is to build the elves a bow factory in the middle of the dwarven mountains that spews toxic waste from the yew wood and nightshade oil used to produce said bows directly into the dwarven streets. Never mind my share increases in the bow and gun markets, those are inconsequential.
Take the quest, kill the dwarves, take the guns, use guns to kill the elves, take all their money.
Subhuman scum don't deserve to live.
Why did the dwarves build their factory in the middle of the elf forest? That doesn’t seem like a good place to build a factory. We absolutely side with the dwarves because we intend to finish this job covered in bandoliers of pistols so we never need to reload again but the dwarves better have a good explanation why they’d put something so useful so far away from their territory.
