Well, yeah, Capcom stole a lot of material from Link's Awakening for their run on Zelda games. Most obvious in Oracles, but the Four Swords games kept a fair share of it, too.
That's a theme in all Zeldas. Many bosses make appearances in other games, and enemies and characters and story and weapons and, well you catch my drift
too bad you can't boomerang vaati to death like the wuss he is. well i say that but he gave me some trouble the first time, took a while to know what to do.
i prefer rpgs myself but zelda's like an rpg crossed with an action game. they got better in 3d though i'd say, more distinction there.
I play games like Contra Hard Corps, Zelda isn't even an action game by my standards. It fails at action, and fails at adventure/story. I lol at baby gamers like you who love middle of the road shit.
There's something deeply wrong with you if you're trying this hard to seem "mature" and "hardcore" because you play Gun Game for Babies instead of Sword Game for Babies.
Most 'real' RPGs barely allow much interaction with their world, even though there's no reason there shouldn't be plenty of that, but Zelda provides this in spades. RPGs are tend to be consistently complex in ways that barely add any actual depth or variety to what you really do, while Zelda tends to try to make individual things in it unique and serve a specific role that's different from the other things in it, being more economical about the 'amount of stuff' in it, but making it all interesting while still having a solid amount of variety.

I think Seasons did too. At least I think they're eyes since the boss looked like a fusion between the original and those green walking blobs that zap you.
No eye, but it's armored and only after you stun the heads with the Boomerang does the central core open to expose the spot to attack. I thought it was a neat way to reference the blue color the original had, but then again the Omega Force guys had a huge love of Zelda 1.

>stole
You act like they made the games without Nintendo's permission.

Is this in Majora?
No, Ocarina. It's in the Shooting Gallery.
Extremely spooky. This may overtake Mario 64 as scariest Nintendo game.
i always thought they were a warning against those spidertekites
wait till you play kirby games
Thanks for the spoiler
>spoiler
>for games made 20+ years ago
>Smash fans when they see a SMRPG video of the secret rematch boss
These games were always so shitty to me, like a fake role playing game for people too dumb for those

what's with all the Zelda hate here lately?
>lately
and it's just one guy
>what's with all the Zelda hate
It's one of the most popular franchises of all time and you're browsing the most contrarian website on the internet
very true.
they're too dumb to play them
Zelda and Chrono Trigger threads seem to attract very mentally ill people for some reason.
he can only "press A to win"
clearly cannot into real gaymen
clearly cannot into platforming, minigames, or combat control
if he has to actually PLAY a game (instead of just watching, mindless hammering the A button)
he gets VERY upset
def not autism kek
pretty autistic to pretend rpgs are just that tbtbh witchu hoss

>Combat control
Ok bud, here's your epic final boss fight with superior combat control.
I'll never understand why Smashbabs want this gay as frick attack in Smash among the other cool shit he has
>meanwhile with chad TP
zelda is piss easy tho, doesn't qualify as "real gaming"
It's pretty much the opposite though.

Zelda is what most RPGs wished they were.
Zelda has no story or characters, so it fails at being a game like FF6
Zelda has no good action or intensity, so it fails at being a game like Contra. It's just trash.
>no story or characters
>on a Link's Awakening thread.
>This is what ARPG homosexuals believes
now that you mention it link in the minish cap strongly resembles the mc from link's awakening...
the egg had some real weird shit going on in it, what a crazy game
>Zeleda
DES homieS DON E'EN BUMP
>Slam in to some mob
>They explode in blood and bones
well like half the bosses of ALttP were variations on “giant eyeball”
>3 out of 12 is "half"
It's almost as if the same people worked on the games.
Name one Zelda boss that didn't have an eyeball
The wizrobe boss from Zelda II's... Sea Palace, I think (or Maze or Island), might not technically have eyeballs.
Pretty sure the musou gave them an eye now
I think Seasons did too. At least I think they're eyes since the boss looked like a fusion between the original and those green walking blobs that zap you.

it's got puzzles too tho
>push blocks
>push more blocks
>push still more blocks
I used to make fun of Zelda puzzles until I started playing western adventure games... these make Zelda seem like nuclear engineering.
Zelda games recycle content all the time
