What are you supposed to do with 75 base attack, a meh movepool, and dogshit abilities? Seriously, they should give this thing 135 base attack and an ability that makes it able to hit anything that would be immune to it...
It's almost as if they make a good design but did everything in their power to make it shit, the only hope this thing has is a mega saving it from it's own stats
With such a weak movepool and low stats, there is no other way to use it. Even in vgc it mainly used gigaton + support like twave, encore, fake out, helping hand, feint, protect, screens
