16% is a lot for gamepass machine owners.
It's across three consoles; Bone, Series S and X. The Series S version being fricking terrible (like all S ports) probably has something to do with the poor sales.
There's just a lot less Xbox consoles than Playstations and many are owned by idorts that treat it as a gamepass machine and are going to buy Elden Ring on PC or Playstation instead so they can play with friends or have a larger pool for players to invade. Xbox servers for souls games are always the emptiest, it's just not a good purchase unless you only own an Xbox or an Xbox + Switch or something. 16%(Which I believe was only for EU?) is honestly pretty good with that in mind.
