Katy is more popular than any Kalos Gym Leader, let alone Larry and Iono. Kalos has the least popular and forgettable leaders, that's a fact.

Iono and Larry will survive that phase. Katy will be much lower but higher enough than any Kalos gym leader.
Grusha might survive too, though I doubt Katy will, I think Viola's more popular even if that's not saying much about either of them.
I remember Olympia for cosplaying Lunala before Lunala was even introduced.
