It's honestly not very hard to figure out, I want to say you start with high MIND (ideally with good perks) or whatever the stat was and build the rest, there were a couple specific perks that were really good for keeping their morale or mind or whatever high while still fucking around but I forgot the specific names, you could probably look them up if you want to ruin your own enjoyment.
Basically, I eventually got it to a point where I had several basically invincible whores who could attract basically anyone and someone to use to send undesirable clients to my competition to cripple their best talent.

I think ally characters having their own strength and weaknesses would go a long way to add depth despite being a very simple change, the prostitution part of the game needs a bit of reworking though despite the entire cast worrying about earning cash you don't feel any of that concern in game and pretty much all the cash you earn goes straight back into upgrading and maintaining the prostitutes since there isn't much else you need to spend things on and it's pretty simple to break if you savescum the right traits to create a perpetual fuck machine and have a token ugly to ward off the bad customers.
