Do people really think one guy can make an entire open world game filled with characters missions and missions? The only way that will happen us if the missions and cut scenes are completely automated and not manually designed. So it will be terrible.

I would like to see a game like that, and only because of how absolutely soulless it could be.
With enough time and autism, yeah, but you'd be better off in 99.9% of cases making a smaller 8 hour game then something like that.
