Literally any sales failure for third parties on Switch is on devs, not Nintendo. It has a huge install base, and Nintendo has its own advertising platform that millions of people religiously anticipate and follow. It's up to devs to decide if they want to drum up the attention they desire for Switch releases. You can absolutely attack Nintendo for making hardware that renders any post-gen 7 port a monumental task, but the failure for so many devs to capitalize on the Switch is on devs, not Nintendo.

I remember hearing that something in the collections' code causes the games to go fricking crazy when you dock or undock your Switch with them running, making them unplayable on Switch, but I can't remember where I read it
I'd love to have KH1 and 2 on a handheld, but I guess I'll just wait for the steam deck. I hope Nintendo takes the opportunity to make Switch 2 at least as strong as a PS4 Pro whenever they make it. Actually being able to run modern games well on a handheld would be fantastic and Steam is going to edge them out on that.
