Ursaluna Bloodmoon cannot be obtained in Hisui.
They'll probably have camera girl show up again and give them as rewards for challenges, sorta like the diglett hunt in SW/SH for the Alolan forms.

Not likely. Qwilfish and Braviary are the only mons with Hisuian forms in the Blueberry dex, and there's no Overqwil.
If we do get them, they'll be more gifts from Perrin like Growlithe was.
