yeah if I can play a game on multiple platforms I'll generally choose the vita. Great screen, great dpad, good buttons, and I appreciate the portability
yeah I don't care if a game on vita has been ported to PC, games are much more comfier on the vita.

It's good for retro stuff upto the 5th generation + GB/GBC/GBA games. If that's all you're interested in emulating, then its best to get a vita.
third-party chinkhelds are overrated.

It can do PS1, PSP good so PSP library helps
played a lot like ~15 years ago, classical ffs, gravity rush, eben asphalt was great . now it's just in a box with 3ds, gba and other relics

Vita emulates PSP fine and is better hardware
Personally, I would rather play with the PSP's face buttons since the Vita's are too small for my sausage fingers.
Vita's d-pad is better though. Why must we suffer so.

Ive owned a Switch and a hacked Switch longer then I've owned a Vita. I agree with
except Vita does have stick drift. I have a 2000 and I got it for a bit but I managed to get it fixed without replacing anything.
Cheaper, feels more premium, easier to jailbreak, and controls are better. Smaller size makes it a proper handheld as well and the library is good.

Vita is a handheld size. Switch is already so big that you might as well just go for a Steam Deck to be able to play everything.

What game would (You) like to see ported to the Vita? MGR would be pretty hard but it would be really cool to see. If I had to go for a more plausible pick I would choose Monster Hunter Stories.
