Problem is, it's weak to some of the most common typings in the game. Two 4x weaknesses to both Grass/Water also tremendously hurts its viability. But what really fricks it over is the speed stat. I could overlook its typing if it's speed stat wasn't 45. Might've been fine when the power level was low, but nowadays it's near unusuable.
