Yes, and it was really good
Despite what Resetera tries to tell you on Ganker, Japanese games were much more popular and accepted back then than they are now. It's only in the last ten years have westoids threw a fit about them existing.
>$20 for hours for worse version of NES and SNES games to play on the shitiest screen ever made >Then spend 20 more on batteries >Then 20 more on mods to fix it
The gameboy games were kinda shit in retrospect. The machine was hard carried by Tetris, Pokemon and Zelda. Pretty much everything else was shovelware crap.

The GB was such a piece of shit
The vast majority of the library was total junk and the "good" games were a mix of forgettable timewasters, downgraded ports of console games (why not just play the better version) or the extremely rare actually worthwhile game like LA

toshinden was my favorite fighter on game boy back then.
The same developer made 7 other Gameboy fighting games. Most only released in Japan as part of a series of GB ports called "Dead Heat Fighters".
was never a fan of king of fighters, but nice, i guess
I didn’t play anything on that shit besides Pokemon
shut up you zoomer homosexual your first handheld was the ds or some shit
I can't believe people boughted those shitty games for 20-30 dollars.
t. 90s third worlder
>boughted
Shit was 100$ on average back then, especially nintendo games.
>$20 for hours of unique groundbreaking gameplay

Yeah that NES version of Kirby pinball sucks, tell him Jorge.
>unique groundbreaking gameplay
>Yet ANOTHER platformer
Anyway, 70 bucks for FIFA with a few different names is still crazy to me too.
Donkey Kong Land 2 is the best 8-bit demake of a 16-bit game to ever exist. That and the GB Pocket would have been a good deal at those prices.
yeah I think its better than the gameboy advance version they did
>kirby's pinball land
kek
>ANON GET OUT
Imagine walking in
The gameboy games were kinda shit in retrospect. The machine was hard carried by Tetris, Pokemon and Zelda. Pretty much everything else was shovelware crap.

Verification not required.
Kirby Pinball is a solid $20 purchase.

i had a gameboy colour ( clear like top right), with pokemon yellow.
i still remember my squad
> pikachu
> lapras
> haunter
> gyarados
> zapdos
