There is still so many possibilities and locked content that I can't believe thatn we won't get more things in the future. Especially with GF doing more distributions based on the anime.
In the anime department, I'm betting on a kitakami arc/movie. It would be funny if it's Carmine that goes buckbroken instead because Kiki goes along with Liko Roy and Dot.
My guesses:
- A final story event were you use the time machine once again, because if GF does intend to use it again why do we have the scarlet and violet book once more.
- the scarlet/violet phone case still had to be unlocked
- there is a scarlet and a violet tracksuit still locked/undistributed
- Shiny rayquaza distribution based on the anime same for other iconic mons like Roy's fuecoco, captain pikachu and Sango's Glalie
- an event involving chasing the genies accross the 4 areas (Tornadus in the north, Landorus in the west, Fulguris in the east and Amovenus in the south)
- Event/distribution/raids for Volcanion/Hoopa/Diancie and Heatran. Raids for the Regis
- A Tanabata based event in Kitakami complete with a Jirachi distribution and Miniors appearing
- Shiny koraidon and miraidon distribution, with Koraidon for violet and miraidon for Violet
- tie-in event for pokemon legends Z-a with some Kalos shilling.
- battle facility based on the battle tower format (the kitakami Hall, or blueberry academy seems made for this)
1 mythical is definitely getting distributed before new game + of course new raids and outbreaks but you can barely count those.

I saw this posted somewhere and the poster claimed that it’s currently an unused outfit that isn’t obtainable, is there any other proof of this actually being in-game or is it just a mod? TCRF doesn’t have this documented, and neither Serebii nor Bulbapedia do when they do have the unobtainable Scarlet and Violet Cases for the phone listed
If I remember correctly, the tracksuits were found by some dataminers, after the teal mask update but before the Indigo Disk.
But where is the source for this unused outfit? Are there any other unused outfits in the data still?

SV just showed a shiny 10% Zygarde, so that possibility's on the table too now.
I wish, Zygarde isn't in the game data (for now). This could be more like a tease/ foreshadowing for Pokemon legends Z-a and the anime once they are finished with the SV stuff.
You'll get some event distributions, outbreak events and raids, but if you're expecting anything else you're delusional

There's no reason any game should have more than two mythicals AT MOST. They're supposed to be special, having one bajillion of them defeats the purpose. I can sort of forgive SM because Magearna was obviously intended for Kalos, but XY and BW were fricking travesties.
