(Jock, Delinquent and Nerd).Would probably work even better than in GTA V since Bully lends itself to there being more variety to how the three would play (different fighting styles and what not) >Jock is the heavy hard-hitter, but written to actually be a fairly level-headed person who wants to use his strength to protect others >Delinquent is basically a cross between Gary and Jimmy and would probably initially be an antagonist who you unlock as the third character after beating his boss fight >Nerd is the one with access to all the chemistry weapons and is basically a teenage Walter White in terms of his character arc

That's something that also needs to be considered. Bully was made by people who grew up with a semblance of the culture they were parodying. The vast majority of the modern game industry can't even imagine a world without smartphones, let alone a school where shoving nerds into lockers is the norm.
There's 0 ways to re-create bully's magic without getting some oldtimers with a bunch of nostalgia involved with the project, and modern R* absolutely can't be trusted with that.
Pc runs at 60 fps and you can get rid of most the crashes with Silent Patch. But they still fricked me and I had to re-do a couple missions and classes, I think the more modern your PC is the more it will crash. A couple missions break at 60 fps too
If you don't care about resolution or frame rate I'd just stick with the Xbox version
