The fonts in the FF remasters were a fucking tragedy. I genuinely wouldn't play them without a mod. I'd buy EO3 on the Switch rather than PC, but with a font mod I'm considering PC instead

Only 3 does that and they're referring to two routes which unlock a class exclusive to the route (the class option remains unlocked in NG+) to correspond with which city you side with.

The 3ds versions of 1 & 2 are basically remixes and not the original games ported to the 3ds. They dont invalidate 1 or 2 original completely.
