RM is Salamence on crack basically. The only things Salamence has over it statwise are a bit of extra physical bulk, and a special attack stat you’ll never use anyway.
Keep in mind that Roaring Moon is also a lot more optimized than Salamence, being a pure physical attacker rather than a mixed attacker.
It's stronger, faster, and bulkier on the special side.
