It has bite but it's still a fricking Eevee so it won't be doing much damage anyway. Stalling you to death is the bigger issue
I brought a tera fighting Annihilape and gave it a Metronome. Then I proceeded to use nothing but Drain Punch.

It's easy enough to beat with the standard iron hands build. Won on the first attempt with half the timer left. Disappointingly easy

I mean, what's the point on leaving it neutral? I personally don't like using mints, but it's not like making the Eevee modest or something would prevent other people from using them
So that you can mint it to give it a nature fitting for whatever evolution you want it to be.
mints are ridiculously easy to get that it's a non issue even for casual players

I'm not evolving her, and no Poke Ball fits Eevee (maybe Safari?) so I just used a Luxury Ball
