It's great for pissing off Snipers and pussy Scouts that are running away.. Also why are Pyros with the Jetpack allowed to carry the intel but Soldiers and Demos with the jumper weapons not allowed to?

Well I'd assume that's because they pyro is allowed to perform one quarter effective rocket jump every hour, rather than having a full supply of free noclip.
Personally I'm just glad that the worst it could have been has mostly happened and people at Valve have seemed to learn that trying to appease youtubers will just lead to them demanding every weapon in the game they don't like that week getting ruined every update there is, and avoid the game.
Even if TF2 is currently in the situation it is now, where the FaN is really unreliable without a double tap cheat, all Flamethrowers do 1/4th the damage they's supposed to (barring crits), the B.A.S.E jumper is basically useless aside maybe functioning as an actual emergency fall damage cancel, the baby face is another generic reduced clip scattergun that's worse than stock, the sandman is literally functionally worthless outside of Versus Saxton Hale the only place where an enemy with a walking speed faster than scout exists where the ability to very slightly slow someone and not disarm them comes into play, ambassador can no longer be the gun for places you shouldn't be, the Panic Attack was made a straight upgrade for a youtuber who proceeded to never use it despite crying constantly about being cheated.
Like even all that aside, I'm basically safe knowing Valve most likely WON'T decide to have a stroke and become the personal attendants of terminally insatiable youtubers again, and we'll just get fun maps and seemingly they're going to make an attempt to not get stuck in a situation where we're only getting holiday themed stuff.
FaN got fricked by the Airblast nerf since the knockback is functionally an airblast, it was originally designed to push people in a reliable direction for the followup shot.
Now because the scout runs a lot faster and how airblast_cray mechanics work you're likely to IMMEDIATELY send someone careening out of useful range to hit them with the FaN, and even for trying to knock people into environmental hazards is harder than necessary since the stun aspect of airblast was removed and people hit by it are put into blast strafe.
Nah he's right, this is why you double tap with the FaN now, because the knockback effect is detrimental to the ability to use one barrel and then the next.
Or you just use the scattergun, or the Soda popper, since neither have the knockback effect and don't frick up your ability to follow up.

Because claiming macros and interp is cheating is a huge skill issue in big red bold letters. It's like claiming trimping is cheating because most people use macros for that and it's a physics exploit, too.

Doubletap is a bug with how the force a nature works that allows you to fire both shots on the same game tic. It's not the as advertised faster fire rate.
The game itself is already garbage, so why bother holding out hope for an update?
