Where's the giant sphere? i only see a half of it
Why heath doesn't describe it having a tiny turtle on the top of it?
For what reason terapagos now has types icons floating around the body?
In what world heath heath was confused wheter terapagos was even alive when the model clearly shows it's a living turtle?
They're not the same shit get over it

>Where's the giant sphere? i only see a half of it
same as the drawing >Why heath doesn't describe it having a tiny turtle on the top of it?
the turtle is part of the crown, which is in the drawing >For what reason terapagos now has types icons floating around the body?
the ring of gems they're on is very clearly depicted in the drawing >In what world heath heath was confused wheter terapagos was even alive when the model clearly shows it's a living turtle?
terapagos is clearly shown as a gem in the game when you meet it >They're not the same shit get over it

>same as the drawing
The drawing has a shere the pokemon doesn't >the turtle is part of the crown, which is in the drawing
The turtle was never described or drawn in the book otherwise heath would describe it >the ring of gems they're on is very clearly depicted in the drawing
it's very clearly not >terapagos is clearly shown as a gem in the game when you meet it
Terapagos clearly shown to be in it's stellar form when heath meet it >Play the fricking game

The only thing that is definitively missing is the mini Terapagos on top of the crown, but the crown itself is shown, and this isn't anywhere near enough of a difference to say that it "looks nothing alike". Everything else can be explained by the stylization of the artwork, is actively present in the artwork, or isn't related to the artwork itself.
What are you talking about? It just looks like a stylized version of the real thing. You can see all 3 major parts very clearly in Heath's drawings.
>looks practically the same
Health thought it was so big that it had a God damn sailboat on it and was in space. Our terapagos is about 5 foot in stellar form. There's no ring of hexagons with the elements on it, theres no second turtle on top, the placement of the jagged line is different, our terapagos' sphere cuts off halfway and has spikes at the bottom.
My personal speculation is this is either a different terapagos or it got beat up by the aggressive raidon and when we find it, it's not finished recovering and it's more aggressive to boot since it had to fight for its life earlier.

Nowhere was size ever mentioned, and the space like background is an obvious stylization of the stars and effects that come from terastlization. You can even see stars gleaming off of it in the Home render. But even still, size has nothing to do with the design itself
>There's no ring of hexagons with the elements on it
No, but there is a ring of hexagons.
>theres no second turtle on top
This is the only thing that's outright missing, but the crown and tera symbol on top are still there. And again, this too minor of a detail to say that it looks nothing alike.
>our terapagos' sphere cuts off halfway and has spikes at the bottom.
The drawing depicts an implied sphere, not an actual full sphere, it doesn't connect at about a quarter through and is missing any detail at all halfway through, just like Terapagos. And remember, these are supposed to be sketches of what is implied to be a fleeting moment, not a photograph. The very slight differences that we see are akin to the differences we saw in the Great Tusk / Iron Treads dawings -- largely the same, but with slight errors

It's a representation, same for the planets around it, because Stellar Terapagos is said to look like what the ancients thought the planet looks like, idiot, it's a reference to the world turtle.
Lore wise, terapagos by a mile
Design wise, I like how necrozma is supposed to be a dragon made of light and how the parts of his body make black necrozma
>Terapagos >not lore
Did you miss how 80% of the game story is about Area Zero's crystals? How all paradoxes use Terapagos' power to appear? How all kitakami legends either use or seek the masks with tera crystals? How the Paldean Empire searched for the hidden treasure of Area Zero thousands years ago? How Paldea's culture is rooted on the idea of finding one's treasure and achieving your dreams?
You morons really can't read huh? I bet you think Necrozma and Giratina have more because there's a single infodump of them once in their games.
>5 minutes of info dump once is piss poor lore compared to many, many references, events and folklore spread all across the entirety of the game in both optional and mandatory dialogues and texts
Correct. Cry.
>many, many references, events and folklore spread all across the entirety of the game in both optional and mandatory dialogues and texts
Mewtwo and Tapus do this way better.

nta but Mewtwo is literally just infodumping but optional. All of the context you get for it in-game is in the Mansion.

Good sample. Not better, but actually another good sample of legendary pokemon having actual lore in the region.
If you think about it, if we included Mewtwo and his megas, every gen has a legendary with a "super form", except Johto, i want a Super Ho-oh and a Super Lugia, and the paradox legendaries beasts doesn't count
Right now we cant use Mega Rayquaza, Ultra Necrozma, Eternamax Eternatus (it was never playable) and in the nex gen, Stellar Terapagos, fricking bullshit
>make a thread
kalosgay MUST defend something about his game; in this case, separation from other gimmicks even though megas are gimmicks without third legends
giratina-o
Bruh there ain’t no way the turtle looks like THAT
Furthermore proves that heath is a bullshitter
How?

Giratina. Made me change from "this is fricking dogshit" to "this is frickingawesome"
Based. I remember seeing Jap box art for Platinum and thinking holy shit, wondering why it's so different
Ultra Necrozma

so you've got nothing to backup your claims

ok but how do you know terapagos made the crystals or whatever you're trying to pedal here? it's related sure but that's about it
>how do you know Terapagos, said to be the source of teracrystalization, created the teracrystalization crystals???
>There are magic rocks, and they like... do stuff
Great lore
Giratina’s isn’t powercrept so it easily takes the win
I still hope for an original Kyurem form at some point.
Ultra Necrozma
If you think about it, if we included Mewtwo and his megas, every gen has a legendary with a "super form", except Johto, i want a Super Ho-oh and a Super Lugia, and the paradox legendaries beasts doesn't count
Ultra Necrozma
I’m kind of sad it’s tied into a regional gimmick, he feels so incomplete without it
Right now we cant use Mega Rayquaza, Ultra Necrozma, Eternamax Eternatus (it was never playable) and in the nex gen, Stellar Terapagos, fricking bullshit
Ultra Necrozma genuinely felt like an eldritch creature, it gave a slight Evangelion angel vibe.
Eternamax had the potential but like everything in those dogshit games, it was wasted.
Terapagos could have been kino if it wasn't so fricking disappointingly small
>Gen 7 good
LMAO
how is gen 7 being good even remotely cintroversial at this point
You can see where they lost the SOVL
>Mega rayquaza somehow not gimmickshit
>make a post
>some gimmicktard instantly starts coping
Yawn...
>make a thread
kalosgay MUST defend something about his game; in this case, separation from other gimmicks even though megas are gimmicks without third legends
Agreed with this, the neon monster meme is getting tiresome and makes a neat concept of Ultra Necrozma into something standard
mega rayquaza is on the wrong side here
Giratina > Zygarde > Necrozma > KyuremB > Terapagos > KyuremW > Mega Ray (metagame killer) > Giant Hand
Zygarde for being unkillable in phase 2…
Zygarde. Give him justice.
Zygarde
