It's better on emulator, if you use save editor, you can access japanese content/dungeons/gear/quests. You can also skip the grind, and give yourself automatic S rank so it's playable solo. I would say more, but this is Ganker where discussions aren't allowed.

Multiplayer for 2 was great and suddenly the slow combat works alot better in a MP setting.

For 1, no (there's no reason to ever play 1)
for 2, there's a pretty mediocre one, but it obviously doesn't have jap voices for the like 6 hours of eng shit, all the extra field lines, etc etc etc, so they're just dummied out. check for WKII undub on internet archive, they uploaded the patch there.
Origins (on psp) has an undub.
