I enjoyed DS3 and Sekiro more than Elden Ring. I actually started a new run of DS3 last week despite having not finished ER. Idk what it is. Maybe the linearity of it is easier on my brain.
It's a bit overrated for sure
The bosses are phenomenal, you start out fighting against the best duo Boss ever made, then you fight the best Dragon boss in the series and finish it off with one of the best 1vs1 duels. But bosses arent everything and the DLC falls short on some aspects. Dreg Heap is an ugly slog, the Ringed City itself is linear and you end up in a swamp again. The enemies arent very fun to fight unless you can separate them etc.

Yeah it wasn't great. Cool aesthetic though and Slave Knight Gael is a great fight.
TRC was the only good part of DS3.
I can't even understand why DS3 is such a drag. No moment is fun, from beginning to [90% through because its too boring to finish]

the best way to experience the game is already knowing the areas so you just run through them and fight the cool bosses
It doesn't take much to make me happy.
Guts build was very fun for me.
