It's ugly.
It's just a polar bear with frozen snot smeared on its face. The fact that it's body is shaped like a triangle makes it look even more terrible.
It's face looks really bad and the size of its head compared to the rest of its body is jarring.
The whole design just feels incredibly lazy and uninspired, like its creator couldn't give less of a shit while making it.
It needs a 120 BP Ice move for its gimmicks to work.

my biggest issue is for sure the head shape and size. nothing wrong with a more bland/boring design but holy frick make it appealing and not ugly. what a shame the little cute guy evolves into whatever the hell this is. just another forgotten accident.
