You are under 20 years old.
What a shame. That means he couldn't have experienced all the other great 3d sonic games like uh... Generations?
and sa1, n heroes, n sa2, n unleashed, n colors
>and sa1, n heroes, n sa2, n unleashed, n colors
Thanks for the laugh
nothing wrong with being under 20 anon
There is if you're going to have opinions about Sonic games before 2010.
what's the difference between a 20 year old playing pre 2010 sonic games today, and you playing those games back then? It's still the same game
A lot of people play SA1 and 2 without considering that the games were groundbreaking for the time. It's like playing the original Mario today and calling it a generic sidescroller.
so basically nostalgia
No, it's just being mindful of the history.
What was groundbreaking about SA1 and 2 aside from being the first proper 3D Sonic games, not counting R.
It revolutionized what kind of low effort slop Sonicgays would champion as kino
Frontiers clears slop team
>super sonic gets blue eyes
>multiple youtube videos about why this is such a game changer and the most important thing to happen to the franchise since SA2
>thing news youtubers overreacting to nothing
par for the course.
Super aryan
its ok. too simple for its own good. not enough story of the dream world to make it stand out on its own
Aside from having level design that is actually more open with alternate paths to take (which falls off HARD towards the end of the game with the final level being a series of platforms in the sky as per usual in 3D Sonic) it's still not anything special. It's basically yet another in a long line of "steps in the right direction." The reality is that Adventuregays coom themselves into a coma for Dream Team for the simple fact that you can play as other characters besides Sonic at all. Just like they did in Frontiers' DLC, which was hot garbage outside of (ironically) the new Cyberspace stages, which were actually pretty okay.
>not enough story of the dream world to make it stand out on its own
>a Sonic game not having enough story is a legitimate reason to consider it lesser in value
SA2 and its consequences have been a disaster for the Sonic fanbase. Dream Team has shortcomings, but its lack of story depth is not what I would consider to be at the forefront of them. A Sonic game not having a deep story is not a negative. It is not, and never has been, a requirement for a good Sonic game to have one.
Why do some Sonic fans have such selective memory? You JUST got your big gay "le dark and serious" anime Sonic game's final major story update last year, and it's guaranteed to get a sequel within the next two to three years, tops. How does a fricking mobile game affect that in any way? Some of you gays are just insufferable, I swear.
Why is Sonic stuff so bland and boring these days?
you should play every 3d sonic game before making such a claim
You should play Dream Team before refuting the claim.
There's a phenomenon I've noticed where Sonic games that are hard to get (eg. platform exclusives, hard to pirate/emulate) tend to be the most overrated Sonic games. It happened to CD and Colors, I think it's happening to Unleashed and 06 now, and it's eternally happening to Adventure, since if you criticize SA, its fanboys will assume you played DX and not the real version. Because of Dream Team's situation, I bet it will be the most overrated Sonic game of all time.
There's a phenomenon i've noticed where the more butthurt you get the more stupid garbage you say.
Ok moron. I'll believe your game is good when I play it. Before then, I'm assuming it's bad because that's easily the safest assumption.
>Sonic Colors
>hard to get
What?
Wii exclusive. Then, in the early days of Dolphin, you needed a good computer to run it at full speed. A year later, Generations came out and it was a true multiplat and everyone played it.
true for most series honestly.
I agree, he's being irresponsible.
dont actually play every 3d sonic game.
EVERY 3D SONIC GAME:
SA1
SA2
Heroes
Shadow
06
SRB2
Dream Team
The rest are too2D to be considered 3D, so yes Dream Team is the best one when it's competition is just a slew of jank.
3D is a buzzword anyway
pc port when
Possibly never since I think Apple paid for it.
Sega, like all Japanese companies, is run by insane old Japanese men on cocaine.
Their decisions only make sense if you're an insane old Japanese man on cocaine too.
