Path of Exile is the best by far with more content then all the games replied to you combined. Its fairly complicated though and not beginner friendly.

The devs are struggling to come up with new ideas and items to add. Last time they added Sunder charms and I don’t know how to feel about them
they are worthless creating a different character is way more effective to farm immune areas
