Feel extremely disingenuous to call it the beginning of the end because they removed one mechanic while adding a frick ton of others. Fact is Gen 5 haves the most content in the saga. It would be understandable if we were talking about gen 6 onwards where instead of compensating removed mechanics with new cool mechanics they just straight removed everything and just added one gimmick per game and called it a day

it's a regional evolution and the second part of the dlc takes place in unova. bridges are a part of gen 5's symbolism so they took the mon based on modern infrastructure and adapted it.

Unique stuff, especially unique and usually uncatchable within the region stuff, from mass outbreaks. Reward Pokemon for side content like the game corner.

The pokemon are somehow almost as bad as the nonexistent level design, all they do is pop in within the same draw distance as foliage in an Xbox 360 copy of Oblivion and stand around loitering, sometimes in groups of their species
