Refusing to refund a broken product, consumer rights here are 100x better than America's so I wouldn't be surprised if there's some law against it.

Contrary to popular belief America actually does have the same lawfully mandated guarantees that all the other countries do and you are legally entitled to either replacement or refund if the product doesn't work, doesn't do what it said it would do, was falsely advertised, etc., etc. Same as everywhere else, when they say "No" there will be a government department you need to contact to escalate the issue.
back when overwatch 1 first came out I managed to refund it twice without any issue. I wonder what happened to blizz support since then.
my shitty country legally allows businesses to deny refunds so long as it's written as such in their T&C. as draconian as some american laws are, their consumer laws are admirable relative to ours. hell, even apple in my country follows american standards by allowing refunds for any reason within two weeks, no questions asked.

looks real to me, reads the exact same way as the last time I sent in a ticket (except this one has lest spelling mistakes than mine). I asked them if they could extend one of their promotions on the new wow expansion (it was their chance to suck me back in, haven't played in years) cause I missed it by 2 days. Answer was no, they did me a favor really.
When i made a ticket years ago to get time for wkw to acess my mail and collect gold so i could use it to buy gametime, the person who responded used cringey emoji replies to me, but did guve me 24 hours of game time to retrieve the gold.
