How many mods a game receives is a direct result of how easy it is to mod. This is how skyrim became a modding sensation, because the modding tools they gave are very close to the actual dev tools used to make the game.

Doubt it, not much crossover in the fanbases and DD doesn't have the sort of normie appeal that RE does. Since Capcom seems hellbent on driving away half of the original fanbase (the ones who are autistic enough to create mods, by the way) to chase normiebux that they won't get, and taking an anti-mod stance on all their games, I wouldn't expect any good mods. Plus, with pawns, you have to be online to get the full experience, so you won't be able to hire a dorf team or whatever even if you can somehow mod your Arisen or personal pawn without getting banned

My last remaining cope is that the game's pawn check was made with the original parameters and so the height slider specifically won't trigger it since shorter pawns were originally in the game.

Tested out some things. The one to the utmost right and the one to the left of her are both the same base height of minimum 160, however for the utmost right I adjusted her neck size to the lowest option possible along with some slight tweaking of the head, which made her visibly lower than the standard 160. That's probably where the 150 comes from.

the real reason for the height cap is pawn race selection, you start off with just human and beastren, but have to unlock dorf and elf who have shorter height caps, its just one way they can hide such options from journos who rush the game
