not everything has to be meta pvpshitter, eviolite makes primeape, bisharp, type null, porygon 2, doublade, dusclops, and chansey more than good enough to stomp the NPCs, E4, and Champion

>I play dogshit not the infinitely better and more diverse assortment of metagames made by people who care enough to balance this crap
Wow, am I supposed to bend the knee just because you admit to sucking GF wiener?
I understand having Brock's Onix be weak so babies can beat him but I'll never understand why they decided to make the pokemon weak at later levels rather than just giving it good stat growth on level ups. Gen 1 was programmed by morons
They did the inverse with Revavroom where it has special boss-mon forms with increasingly higher BST (that when you think about it could had been easier achieved by just giving them good IVs and EVs) but the actual version you catch is aggressively mid-tier. I guess Revavroom gets faster when you cram a whole trailer on its back.
True, but Dusknoir needs all the help it can get, and physical ghost type moves can be quite the crapshoot. They're either gimmicky (Phantom Force, Poltergeist, Last Respects), exclusive, or laughably weak.
Speaking of Last Respects, Dusknoir should totally get that move.
>Use Eviolite >Pre-evolution of a Pokemon is now slightly bulkier (when its not removed) than its evolved form >Usually worse in offenses and speed and loses freedom to run items like Leftovers, Berries, or Life Orb.
Not that anon, but ideas off top of head are >magneton >sneasel >bisharp >scyther >basculin-white >haunter >duraladododongo
Rhydon / Doublabe are maybe but I think their slow speed prevents this from fixing enough. Curious if Drakloak becomes a faster pivot than its evo
Special +SPE Dragapult: 299 SPA, 421 SPE
Special +SPE Drakloak with eviofite: 262 SPA, 432 SPE
Now outspeeds everything slower than +1 +spe Slitherwing. Not bad, but no boots hurts its pivoting a lot.
My thought process was that, uh... the "Juvenite" could be an alternative that doesn't overshadow life orb, or choice scarf. I didn't calc, but I assumed the usual offensive NFE's breakpoints rely on life Rob's 30%. in a way there's a choice to it, but idk which of the numbers are more overbearing. My guess is the speed.
>This item rocks
Yes, that is a rock.
Upvote my friend! HAHA
Edit: I just sent you some gold, fellow redditor. It's a small way to show my appreciation for your comments. Keep em coming folks.
>Make a whole 2 pokemon viable.
Wow.
Porygon 2 bros we are FRICKING WINNING
not everything has to be meta pvpshitter, eviolite makes primeape, bisharp, type null, porygon 2, doublade, dusclops, and chansey more than good enough to stomp the NPCs, E4, and Champion
>type null
I never considered that. Feels weird to use it over Silvally
you can use caterpie to stomp e4 lul
No you can't, unless you mean abusing items then don't be moronic.
skill issue
>Eviolite Bisharp
Shitter fell for the noob trap lol
>an eviolite bisharp is a noob trap that can’t beat geeta and her frickin gogoat
>>an eviolite bisharp is a noob trap
Yes. Glad we agree
Eviolite Ursaring is my favorite rapist
also makes everything viable in lower tiers
>tiers
sorry I play the actual game not fanfic trash
i'm sorry you're allergic to having fun
>I play dogshit not the infinitely better and more diverse assortment of metagames made by people who care enough to balance this crap
Wow, am I supposed to bend the knee just because you admit to sucking GF wiener?
>dogshit
Post ignored. You're one of the biggest morons on this board.
>fake transparent background
kek, you got trolled
Onix would be sooo sick with this item if it had even modest stats in the other categories.
Give it Steelix's BST Gamefreak, you cowards
They should make more items that make NFEs usable in-game, I hate Grumpig so much
I understand having Brock's Onix be weak so babies can beat him but I'll never understand why they decided to make the pokemon weak at later levels rather than just giving it good stat growth on level ups. Gen 1 was programmed by morons
>Gen 1 was programmed by morons
And so was ever subsequent generation. Its tradition

It's not Revavroom. It's several Revavroom and Varoom powered by Armarouge.
I actually tried using a Revavroom on my team, and it's actually very solid for the base game story in my opinion!
there should be a crystal onix with slightly better stats as a gimmick pokemon
Should there be an Attack/Special Attack version?
Scyther claws typed this post
Can Scyther even type?
Maybe it uses it's feet?
>makes pre-evos more viable than their evos
this seems like something you should not be trying to do
>more viable than their evos
name 5
This applies to double battles so far
>Electibuzz
>Magmar

Dusclops
Clefairy
Porygon2
Chansey
>wtf why are these 25 year olds beating these 60 year olds at sports
>Implying Evolution and Age are the same thing
You don't need to capitalize those words, esl moron.
>food analogy
>this seems like something you should not be trying to do
That battle was lost years ago.
Light ball is just a coping mechanism, Raichu is still better.

Can't they just... make Dusknoir good?
Sadly no.
It's deserving tho.
Dusknoir should have an exclusive ability that turns all of its attacking moves into Giga Drain variants.
Would make lore sense if only it's Ghost Moves were like that (Said moves could get a 30%/50% power boost tho.)
Add Strength Sap so it can have an actual recovery move.
It's good if you are someone who won't use trade evos
Link Cord is one of the best items added to this franchise. Trade only evolution can die
>Use Eviolite
>Pre-evolution of a Pokemon is now slightly bulkier (when its not removed) than its evolved form

>and loses freedom
You're not losing any freedoms moron. If anything, you had the freedom to exchange defense for offense in the first place
>New eviolite variant releases
>20% boost to Att. and Sp.A
>30% boost to Spe.
Is it viable?
viable? That breaks a select handful of mons
Which and how?
Not that anon, but ideas off top of head are

personally, I feel 30% is quite a large gap to both stats. I'd say scrap the speed, but keep the attack boosts.
>Megaite Stone
>Gives any Pokemon Mega-tier stats without a Mega form. Also transforms any Pokemon with a Mega form into its Mega form.
This would've redeemed Megas on top of removing moronic bloat.
>Megatite stone landorus
>Megatite stone incineroar
>Megatite stone kingambit
>Megatite stone gholdengo
>Megatite stone ursaluna (bloodmoon)
What ever happened to Bisharp? I remember the board going OOOOOOOO back then during the leaks period about it
