woah is that megaman and bass a 1997 snes game made after megaman 8 on ps1/saturn that gives you the option to play bass which felt as bout as good as playing luigi on lost levels? speaking of which kinda funny how this game kinda makes everyone groan the same way
MM&B is probably the hardest Mega Man game and the GBA port just makes it harder. At least try the SNES version so you can see more of the screen. Also, use Bass.
Nah, I beat it with Mega Man too. There's a certain appeal in using special weapons to compensate for MM's shit mobility but Bass is just genuinely more fun to play thanks to his mobility and novelty.
Although I like MMBN, a lot of BN fans are super smug and always have a bone to pick with everyone. I have a theory it's lingering resentment from how the rest of the fandom at the time in forums treated BN (i.e. "it's not true Mega Man") and being the last generation of nerds to be picked on by school bullies in high school.
Needing to learn how to put together a deck, leveling up, and learning what the Styles do is literally part of the reason why all lot of traditionalist Megaman fans hated BN. It even extended to the Gamecube platformer game that was literally just a bunch of reskinned NES staged.
People have completely forgotten about it, but that was also why people hated Legends, too.
Friendly reminder that Mn9 only got that money because Megaman fans thought they were getting revenge on Capcom for cancelling three games. If you genuinely believe that you were "deceived" by three jpegs of concept art, you deserved to have that money lost.
It is extremely difficult, and not in a good way. It all comes down to the hitboxes, which are insanely oversized. I believe they procedurally increased all the hitbox sizes to lazily make the game harder. I beat both characters though.
Have you considered gitting gud? or at least playing the game for more than 20 minutes?
>Gitting gud or playing it for more than 20 minutes
Nah, frick that and frick u
And I would rather not be convinced

Maybe play the original one instead of the shit GBA port?
Isn't that even harder?
no, you get a button to dash as opposed to double tapping and actually get to see the whole screen
plus the music is a lot better
Play both. You'll notice the difference in the King stage when you're fighting the flying thing.
I played the original and it’s hard
Dark souls is easy though.
That's what you think, and I hope you're happy

What if it's on the Gamecube Game Boy Player?
You don't see more screen on a GBP, it's just upscaling your GBA game, which you can do on an emulator anyway.
>use Bass
You didn't beat the game.

yeah dude if you beat Mega Man & Bass as Bass you didn't beat Mega Man & Bass
You talk like an butthole, and your shit's all shit for the birds
Never played Battle Network, never will. And don't you dare convince me
I'm sorry that you're bad at Customizable Megaman.
>trying to force meme your favorite series onto everyone else
Why do Battle Network gays do this?
coping that mega man jumping into a rice cooker is badass

>Megaman
>Makes Dark Souls look easy
Wrong game
the worst part of this is the 300 damage shield... which regenerates
Half of the mainline Mega Man platformers make Dark Souls look easy. Especially the Zero series, X6, MM&B and MM9
Frick X6! Metal Sharks level or whatever he’s called is insanely hard! Not to mention the Gate stages!
>Inafune is a liar
never forget: mighty no 9/11
also red ash
