They are not static and only activate for suspected cheaters, so a random player shooting random shit wouldn't do anything.

If the anti-cheat system suspects you've injected something, wouldn't it just outright ban you? I've been banned once before in a game because of an "injection", but they couldn't prove it to be a cheat for the game so I got my account back. Still to this day I do not know what flagged the anti-cheat, because I haven't installed any shady programs to my PC, made me scared to install even legitimate software because something might act as a flag for shitty anti-cheat systems.
But nowadays I don't really give a shit because I don't play these competitive PvP garbage games anymore.

What that'll do is overwhelm the cheaters, there are going to be double the amount of targets for them and half of it are going to be a distraction.

Cheaters like to protect themselves by pearlclutching over good players wrongfully being punished, but most of these anticheats are incredibly forgiving and only ban the most blatant shit

There is a decent difference between suspected cheating and cheating
CSGO will flag suspected cheaters very confidently, but it won't outright ban them until they actually get caught red handed, until that happens they just get put in suspected cheater queue with other cheaters
