Most of the game you play black cop. Nowhere near enough combat. Even American Nightmare beats the heck out of this piece of garbage. All it's got is pretty visuals. Investigation's boring as frick and nowhere near suitable a replacement for the superior narrative-come-to-life that so tightly constructed the first game.
Remedy as usual making misfires and you damn well know they did what they did with Anderson for ESG points.
