I posted yesterday a Prebuilt I bought and got mixed response. I got my friend to have a look and went to site that builds PCs instead and found me something better for the same price.
Good?

This is the PSU
I hope you learned a lesson to never buy prebuilts again.
well it's a certified gaming power supply, how could you possibly go wrong?
It's trash
According to tier list autism this is a low end PSU
Not unmitigated disaster tier though
it's fricking shit

I like your set up, I’m working towards getting something like this.
Your monitor seems very big for where the seat is placed
i only moved desk forward to get it all in the pic, i sit about 1.5m away when gaming
Isn’t my graphics card better than yours?

i can play cod mw2 in 4k max detail dlss on, at solid 116fps, can you?
I don’t know it hasn’t come yet. I don’t have a 4K TV so definitely not anyway. I’ve mainly got it for emulation, VR and Starfield.

gl w starfield, and frick emulators, how people can play any of that nintendo garbage si beyond me
No, a 4060TI is worse than a 3080ti. It's about as powerful as a 3070.
Compared to what I originally purchased it’s a step up for the same price though, so I’m happy.
Sorry wrong pic this is what I got at first
So that's like $1400 if my conversion is correct, which is insanely overpriced, and it doesn't even mention what gen that i5 is. Also, ssds are so cheap nowadays I wouldn't recommend getting a prebuilt with anything less than a 1tb ssd.
Both are £1100, the OP image says which i5 it is and it has a 1TB SSD.
This is the one I’ve bought and didn’t cancel.
>1TB SSD.
Those are £30
I really dislike that 4060TI 8GB.
Its an adequate price for what you get but I would never buy it.
sure, have fun!
>got my friend to have a look and went to site that builds PCs instead and found me something better for the same price.
It'd help if you mentioned what price is the prebuilt in your picture, OP.....
The picture isn’t prebuilt, that’s built specifically to spec.
This is the prebuilt I originally bought but cancelled to get the OP.
I checked the recommended settings for Starfield and this is by far good enough.
i can tell you right now you will not be happy with the performance of that pc
but you do you
Depends on what they're expecting to use it for. 1080p ( some 1440p ) and 60+ fps at high settings, sure it'll work nicely. If you're expecting 4k or you fell for memetracing, you're gonna be disappointed.
unimpressive
>4060ti 8GB
absolute ripoff
bad buy
do not purchase
The point I was making is that my original purchase was this:
I instead bought for the same price this:
It had more RAM, better GPU, better PSU and CPU cooler.
If you can find anything else that’s better that’s not refurbished, not second hand, doesn’t require me to build it myself and allows for 0% interest for 12 months then I’ll happily cancel the purchase today and get that instead.
thats basically my rig except for the GPU, managed to run cyberpunk at a stable 60 FPS on high, its pretty good for anything that isn't modern unoptimized crap, it was like $600 in total in parts but i reused my old case and PSU
