More overrated incel waifutroon trash from vanillaware
goofy name, totally uninteresting otherwise
Looks pretty good. Always down for srpgs.
looks pretty amazing but the story and characters don't look interesting so far, as of now I'm thinking it will be good because it's vanillaware.
Bets?
That's a cute tomboy
After giving 13 sentinels a try I'm actually really looking forward to it. My biggest gripe with these console srpgs is the lack of mechanics and details. When I saw Unicorn overlord, the thing I immediately noticed was the fact that it looks like turns involve more than just "attack and be attacked" like fire emblem. It looks like it's closer to whatever HoMM or Disciples had going before their series went to shit.
Took willpower to not preorder.
not enough information
No idea wtf is this but its by Atlus so its probably fricking trash
its only published by them
No pc no buy.
Looks interesting enough, but the fact that it's not on pc kinda kills it for me
Anything on switch means it's free on pc.
Holy incel
will be game of the year next to Metaphor
SRPG from Vanillaware? Instantly preordered the collector's edition.
Make your bets. How many romantic storylines it's going to have?
only good faith with vanillaware products
No steam no buy.
Will emulate the switch version.
Vanillaware? Day one buy.
Simple as.
I'm hopeful, it's been a while since a game appealed to my taste in plot, setting, art direction and aesthetics in a srpg.
>3Hgay saying this shit
Don't insult this game with your fricking garbage taste and standards.
I wish devs could come up with less goofy-ass names but I might buy it anyway.
I'm just here for more Vanillaware Food.
I'm glad they decided to go multiplatform for the release this time. Sucks that there's no steam version though.
Looks good
Vanillaware needs to come to their senses about PC
A Dragon's Crown rerelease on steam would blow up
Drawing of that cute blondie.
Unicorn Overlord is a stupid name, but that's a common thing with George Kamitani.
It should have been called Pegasus Overlord.
*steals your art*
I made this
You've utterly ruined my drawing
rude
Kneel, this is what happens when you dont port to the pc market...
Is Kamitani in charge of the art? It kinda looks like his art but much more "standard" for the lack of a better word.
No, it's their other artist Shigatake
The guy who helped with ASTLIBRA
Honestly even better
>PC troons begging for another Japanese developer to ruin
Notice how all nip devs start going to shit when releasing on PC (aka western troony factories)
I wanna frick this furry
>meet-dinah-a-character-from-the-tactical-rpg-unicorn
I wanna floof her tail
Can you make generics? If no,trash. I hate 90% of japanese character archetypes and they typically have dogshit writing to appeal to the biggest of losers so I prefer to make my own characters.
vanillaware is a fricking anomaly
literally only made games because kamitani kept finding fans of his one game that bankrupt two other companies
Looks fun, I really like Ogre Battle 64. Also, cute dog.
she looks good at polishing spears
She looks like she exclusively dates human men
Vanillaware has literally never made a video game that I didn't enjoy.
What does unicorn overload even mean?
Do you overload a unicorn in this game?
How does that even work?
unicorns are animals with a lot significance historically and mythologically (even mentioned in the bible). they're viewed as sissy creatures these days because little girls like horses and "wow, SPECIAL horse"
vanillaware care enough to name their game about an animal nobody but people who know understand the significance of
Censored and woke translations and content.
Source?
wait till release.
And it Fatlus. They censored and ruined Persona and SMT..
I’m confused on how the gameplay works. Maybe I missed it in the trailer, but it’s not single unit, grid based, is it? Could someone more perceptive fill me in?
think warhammer or might and magic. you move the units (function like stacks) on the map and they follow your commands. once they collide with something, you go to the battle or city interface screen where you do turn based stuff or city management
Thanks anons! I can’t remember the last time I played a game with those mechanics. Should be a fun change of pace
It works like Ogre Battle 64
You have the RTS phase and then the individual combat phase
Each "unit" is actually a formation of characters inside of it and you have multiple of them on the map at once
