- the integration of the TFL submod seems to be progressing, someone mentioned that it will release alongside ukraine but i don't buy that since it sounds like a really moronic plan
- the likely candidate to release after ukraine seems to be adhemar brazil and mexico, both appear to be gearing up for releasing before the end of the year, but i hear a ton more noise coming from mexico (brazil team is looking pretty dead, while mexico team is looking healthy like guangdong's before release)
- bormann and speer teams seem to still be alive, bormann being the one doing the best out of both, i'd expect them to release something next year
- PW honestly looks dead, no noise out of it
- continuing on the rework subject, it seems to have eaten TNO alive as a considerable part of the team is working on a rework, for example a ton of people are working on the Vote Pig/Yippie rework of the USA exclusively (for example one of the devs responsible for PW has it abandoned in favor of USA work)

This is completely off topic but it fricking pisses me off when fictional map-makers use overly detailed names for countries. Like in that image. Or when they use completely unnecessary government-form descriptors like "Kingdom of Hungary". It's totally unrealistic. You don't see mapmakers putting "Democratic People's Republic of North Korea" or "Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela" or "Islamic Republic of Mauritania". You just use the normal fricking names. But nerds on the internet have to try and shove as much lore as possible into a place where it makes no sense at all.
That just comes with the territory of using Discord without carefully pruning friend groups and only choosing servers with a minimum of transsexuals.

The main server will continue being dysfunctional, so de-facto federation and server balkanization will become the norm for any functional team. The mod won’t die, it will just lose its pedestal spot to more playable mods like TFR or even KR.

So they TNO team didn't particularly care what made someone a Fascist or a National Socialist outside of which major power they wanted to be allies with. Ultranationalism was a compromise on UItranational Socialism which was the original Himmlerite ideology to define nations that weren't aligned to either Japan, Germany or Italy but were still autocratic and nationalistic where the Burgundian System became le nazis but even eviler!
So removing it requires them to make competent lore and an understanding of National Socialism and Fascism

USA and Germany (especially Hart and Speer) are great, the rest are shit, mechanically and writing-wise. I recommend playing Hart USA, Guangdong and Brazil, they're some of the best pieces of content the mod offers.

The most significant detriment to Pazerites is that most of them come from the old days of the mod and saw their numbers gradually decrease via attrition: mod drama, burnout, signing on with other mods, breaking rules, etc, over the course of years. And fans of the Panzerite system don't see any reason to join a mod team that has pretty thoroughly rejected the old vision.

Is it just me or is the Hispaniola content completely broken? You can have Dominica win against the Caribbean Legion, you can have them steamroll Haiti, but then the USA literally just wags its fingers, says nuh uh, and then a "ceasefire" manages to make the annexed Haitian state reappear

dominican content sucks dick, but at least it doesn't make the most important tag in the entire game unplayable like haiti did. no TNO dev has ever fricked up half as hard as whichever moron coded the haiti mechanic that drags playing as the USA down to one in-game day every real-life day. it's months and months since that dogshit was added and it's still busted and the USA is still not playable. whoever is responsible for that must have either left the team and no one knows how to remove the mechanic without breaking it even more, or else they're still on only because they e-throat the lead developer's troony wiener.

I did multiple USA playthroughs since the hotfix released, it's absolutely playable
the hotfix changed nothing. you either inexplicably never got the USA slowdown from haiti in the first place or else you're a team member playing on their git and not on the (still broken) steam workshop build. talk to anyone that actually got the haiti performance issues in the first place and 100% of them will tell you it's still just as bad as ever.
I got some slowdowns but not to the point it becomes unplayable. It's still annoying but you can (and should) use commands to finish the proxy and thus end the lag. Pic related is a Hart game I did 2 months ago after the hotfix (which btw I posted on one of these threads).
