In all fairness to Todd, he is supposed to be the company cheerleader. Parading his failure to launch an IP to the whole world is the exact opposite of what he wants to do, at most he wants to do a sobering "we learned some important lessons and mistakes from Starfield" like they did with the dialogue wheel idea in Fo4. I think that TESVI is going to be a continuation of the pattern the franchise has been going though, so it is probably going to be less RPGish than even Skyrim. My hope is that we will get a generation of Skyrimbabbies that complain about watered down RPG mechanics in an ironic twist, which will guaranteed force Bethesda to unfrick themselves because TES is the only franchise they actually give a frick about.
